Wir haben ein wunderschönes verlängertes und sonniges Pfingstwochenende auf Ærø verbracht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war wie immer sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Menü am Abend im Hotelrestaurant (nicht im Preis inbegriffen) war sehr lecker.

Cons:

./. Höchstens, und das ist Klagen auf sehr hohem Niveau: deutsches TV wäre nett, oder ersatzweise Chromecast im TV.

A good start to relaxing before the big event - out wedding
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the Chef of the evening meal is a master at his craft. I’ve eaten all over the world in several compatible hotels and this chef surpasses them all. Pork and Chicken are always difficult to prepare especially with a full house but he did it perfectly.
In fact all meat dishes were cooked to perfection. For the veggie lovers, the kitchen created the best balance of seasoning whilst retaining the flavours of the original vegetables.
If we are blessed to return, this is the place to visit - just for the dining experience alone.

Cons:

Shower head pipe needs replacement.
As for the rest… what’s not to like?

Fantastisk weekend
Pros:

Lækkert stort værelse.
Fantastisk morgenbord
Meget søde medarbejder

Cons:

Det kunne have været skønt hvis man kunne have købt frokost på hotellet, ikke noget voldsomt men bare lidt.

Pros:

The dinner was good and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The reception staff were not very welcoming - despite reading to the contrary. The rooms were very basic (despite us not booking the basic room), and not comfortable. Bathroom also very basic.

Superfin morgenmad

Cons:

Ikke særligt imødekommende receptionist. De er tydeligvis ikke vant til at forretningsrejsende benytter hotellet. De kunne ikke finde ud af at lave en kvittering for opholdet, som kunne bruges til momsrefusion, og var meget modvillige, da jeg bad om dette.
Hotellet er enormt lydt, og alt kan høres gennem dørene.

Fint ophold, men manglende mulighed for vegetariske og økologiske valg.
Pros:

Flot morgenbuffet. Dejlig bar med drinks til en overkommelig pris. Gåafstand til Marstal by. Nemt at benytte TV.

Dyrt værelse 1.800,-
Sengene/madrasserne var for hårde.
Morgenbuffeten indeholdt meget kød - og der manglede økologiske alternativer - bl.a. mulighed for økologisk mælk og smør (for dem, der gerne vil undgå “bova-restprodukter”).
Rørsukker til teen.
Det kunne have været rart med en mulighed for at spise “á la carte” på hotellets restaurant om aftenen - med mulighed for at vælge vegetarisk, økologisk m.m.
