Lovely decor, friendly staff and good breakfast
Room was a bit dark and quite cramped. Dinner was ok but could have been better especially the steak.

Our stay was only an overnight and we had stayed in the Ibis at Metz so chose another Ibis. The receptionist was very helpful and it had a good bar area which was very comfortable. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The room and facilities were good. The room and access was very good and also the fact that the car park was secure.
The restaurant was very disappointing. The staff never smiled or really acknowledge you, just took order and placed food down, never even asked if everything was ok, in fact the burger and chips my husband had was only warm, as if it had stood for a while. Our restaurant experience at the Mettz Ibis was very different, exceptional food and incredible service. Coffee was served in a large cup but only a bare half of cup and only luke warm. We are not people to complain at the time but never go back again.
Goed gelegen hotel met prettige, schone kamers en een ruim parkeerterrein (dat 's nachts is afgesloten). Uitgebreid ontbijt met gezonde mogelijkheden en ruime openingstijden. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Bovenal: vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers die echt contact maken. Van harte aanbevolen.

Avec le prix que j'ai payé, j'avais esperé de trouver une chauffe eau, des cups et quelques sachets de thé et de café. Il n'y avait même pas de bouteil de cristaline...
