Enkele (niet alle) personeelsleden waren ronduit bot, niet klantvriendelijk. De ene dag ‘s middags, de andere in de ochtend. Jammer.

La epoca del edificio, su decoración y el buen estado de conservación. Precio correcto dentro del desorbitante nivel de precios de Dusseldorf cuando hay una feria.

A comfortable character hotel close to the centre of Duesseldorf.
Pros:

A spacious room with nice decor and a very large, comfortable bed. Bathroom was likewise large and well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and very plentiful breakfast. Charming decoration and style - not an anonymous corporate box hotel. The hotel's car park is very close (less than 1 minute on foot). Location is on the tram line for the city centre or about 20 minutes to walk. There was some noise from the street, but it was nice and quiet with the windows closed and there was air conditioning if needed.

Cons:

I couldn't get the TV to work (though I didn't ask at reception, so I was probably just not doing something correctly). Underground car park spaces are quite tight. If we had had a big car, I believe there are larger spaces at ground level.

Stilvolles Haus
Pros:

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus, hervorragende Anbindung an S-Bahn und U-Bahn, sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Kein Aufzug. Das heißt, das Gepäck muss die Treppen hinauf und herunter getragen werden. Mein Einzelzimmer hatte ein Badezimmer außerhalb des Zimmers auf dem Flur. Etwas unpraktisch.
