Wonderful time

Great Stay at The Drury
Pros:

We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the delicious happy hour food, and the free drinks during happy hour. The room and facilities were clean and the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly!

Cons:

We would have liked the breakfast to go until 9:30.

Pros:

Staff was great. Rooms were nice and clean. I was able to iron my shirt.

Cons:

Couldn't really figure out how to control the temperature in the room. Lack.of trash receptacle . I also would have liked a small table and chairs to eat, instead of the chair in the corner of the living room..

Pros:

2 meals were included in the price of the room. It was very clean and the rooms had good sound proofing so we rarely heard any of our neighbors. Staff was friendly and polite.

Cons:

The location was very busy in a mall setting, which I'm not fond of. There were motorcycles & drag racers going up and down the highway every night we were there.

Sampson. Ruined trip; won’t stay at a drury inn again due to his unprofessionalism.

Clean, Good Breakfast

Cons:

Sampson was a rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. Check in was pain, Hotels don’t treat the same when you using booking vs directly dealing with hotel.

Excellent value, excellent staff, excellent rooms
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean! Rooms were clean! The free breakfast and dinner kickback were great additions! Will absolutely stay at another Drury!

Really enjoyed the 5 o’clock kickback
Pros:

The lady that checked us in at the desk counter was Elizabeth. She could not have been more friendly or more helpful. Lots of smiles too, so she made us feel very comfortable.
