Un havre de paix
Pros:

Un immense merci au personnel pour sa gentillesse et son accueil chaleureux, ainsi que pour le surclassement dont nous avons bénéficié à notre arrivée. Nous avons découvert une magnifique suite avec une très grande terrasse en hauteur, un vrai bonheur !

Le calme de l'établissement est exceptionnel, un véritable havre de paix où il fait bon se ressourcer.

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et généreux, avec de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts.

Une très belle découverte ! Si nous avons l'occasion de revenir au Maroc, nous ne manquerons pas de séjourner à nouveau dans cet établissement, et cette fois-ci pour plusieurs nuits !

Cons:

Quelques équipements de la suite commencent à être un peu vieillissants, notamment dans la partie cuisine, où l'électroménager mériterait d'être renouvelé.

Nous avons également rencontré un petit problème avec les toilettes, dont l'eau coulait presque en permanence, sauf en fermant le robinet d'arrivée d'eau.

Ce sont toutefois des points d'amélioration qui n'ont pas gâché notre très agréable séjour.

Le coin bar et piscine sympa
Le restaurant , bon produit excellent rapport qualité prix, personnel sympathique.
Beau volume dans la suite.

L'appartement était très spacieux bien équipé même si le lit double était un peu trop ferme pour nous, mais c est une question de goût. Kitchenette que nous n avons pas utilisée l eau n etant pas potable d apres les informations dont nous disp ). Bons dîners, mention speciale pour les delicieux tajines.

Cons:

Petit bemol : pas de licence 4 donc pas d alcool. Dommage nous aurions apprecié boire un verre le soir.
Petit déjeuner ok mais ça manque d ombre à l extérieur pour le prendre dehors ce qui serait vraiment un plus.

Peu d échange avec le personnel.

Pros:

L'établissement se trouve dans un lieu improbable, ce qui le rend très calme. Une navette gratuite (attention à bien réserver à l'accueil) est proposée pour se rendre à Essaouira, 15 min environ de trajet. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres. Dans l'une d'entre elle, la robinetterie mériterait d'être remplacée mais était tout de même fonctionnelle. L'endroit est très calme, le petit déjeuner varié et le personnel très à l'écoute. La piscine est agréable et très appréciable après une bonne journée de visite d'Essaouira.

It was too long if I’m honest.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus was invaluable.

Cons:

It’s scruffy. Needs completely refurbished. Our AC didn’t work so we had a hellish first night. Eventually moved to a larger accommodation but then the fridge freezer didn’t work and we lost a lot of food while they tried to repair it before finally replacing it. The decor is very grubby, the pool filtration system did not work efficiently so a lot of insects in pool. Lot of flies at breakfast also.
