Skvělý hotel - doporučuji !
Pros:

Čistý prostorný pokoj, skvělá poloha hotelu ( je to centr města), ochotný personál, velice dobrá a bohatá snídaně , možnost parkování ( rezervace nutná předem),
Rozumná cena. Doporučuji!

Cons:

Televize byla na zdi otočená směrem na sedačku takže s postele nemohli na ni se dívat. A my se kochali pohledem na obraz :-))) lepší by to bylo opačně. Doufám že příště až u vas zastavíme tak budeme moc dívat na televize :-)

Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit verschiedenen Salaten, Fisch und Obst

Ganz extrem schlecht waren die Betten. Bei der Buchung war auf dem Foto ein Kingsize-Bett abgebildet. Am Schuss der Buchung wurde nochmal geschrieben: Sie haben ein Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett gebucht. Es handelt sich hier um Betrug. Die Betten waren 0,25 m hoch , 1,40 m breit, unbequeme Schaumgummimatratzen und verknorpelte Kissen. Wir haben uns sofort beschwert und bei booking.com gemeldet, man hat uns nicht geholfen. Leider konnten wir nicht mit booking.com telefonieren. Wir haben eine e-mail mit unserer Beschwerde direkt an das Hotel gesendet und 50% vom gezahlten Betrag zurück gefordert. Bis heute haben wir keine Antwort erhalten.

Najlepsza w obiekcie była lokalizacja. Nic więcej nie zasługuje na plus.

Pokoje pokazane na bookingu a te jakie są w naprawdę to dzień a noc. Mieliśmy zarezerwowany pokój z łóżkiem kingsize, a otrzymaliśmy łóżko w którym nogi nam zwisały bo było za krótkie już nie wspominając o tym jak wąskie było i w dodatku łóżko było tak niskie że mieliśmy wrażenie że śpimy na podłodze. Wchodząc po zameldowaniu, wieczorem do pokoju spotkaliśmy się z ciemnością. Światło działało jedynie w łazience. Pani z recepcji nic z tym zrobić nie potrafiła. Więc cały nasz kilkudniowy pobyt spędziliśmy w ciemności. Kontakty przy łóżku to atrapa, nawet telefonu naładować nie można było, trzeba było szukać kontaktów przy drzwiach wejściowych. Oczywiście nikogo z kierownictwa nie było, nikt tych niedogodności nie naprawił, sprawa dosłownie zamieciona pod dywan - przecież każdy sobie radzi w ciemności świetnie. Klimatyzator działał przez 5 min i później od razu wyskakiwał błąd. Śniadanie jak za cenę 50zl było bardzo przeciętne.

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, ciekawe tablice pamiątkowe w patio, ogólnie czysto i na poziomie odpowiadającym kategorii hotelu.

Cons:

Dostałem pokój na parterze z oknami na ulicę. Zależało mi na cichym pokoju, więc próbowałem go zmienić, ale niestety pani z recepcji była nieugięta. Pierwszy raz mi się coś takiego zdarzyło nawet proponując dopłatę. Uważam, że było to bardzo słabe jak na hotel i generalnie nie spotkane w usługach turystycznych. Pytanie co by było gdybym miał inny kłopot? Stąd brak rekomendacji
