Pros:

Very bad hotel. The bathroom had a horrible smell, the room was not clean, and the beach water was dirty compared to other hotels in the area. Honestly, I do not recommend anyone to stay there. I paid for three nights and left on the second night to another hotel. The only good thing was the view.

Pros:

La ubicación, limpieza, amabilidad del personal, los servicios (bar en la playa para comer, agua fría y caliente gratis, exquisito desayuno)

Cons:

Solo comentar que cuando me contacte por WhatsApp para hacer reserva directa con el hotel nunca me respondieron luego de haberme atendido. En dos ocasiones me dejaron esperando la respuesta.

‏סגרנו אני ועוד כמה חברים סופ״ש במלון הזה, סגרנו ארבעה חדרים , הגענו וכבר מהלילה הראשון היה ממש ריח חזק של ביוב בחדר, המזגן נמצא רק בכניסה לחדר מתחת לדלת הראשית אז לא מרגישים אותו, יתושים ומלא חול ברצפה , ממש נורא , ניסינו לדבר עם המנהלת ולבקש החזר לשתי הלילות הנוספים והיא לא הסכימה בשום צורה לעזור לנו אז בלית ברירה הלכנו למלון אחר ובעצם שילמנו כפול על הלילות שהיינו בהולבוש

Perfect hotel aan fantastisch strand
Pros:

Als ik hoger kon geven dan een 10, had ik het gedaan. Dit hotel is FANTASTISCH. Het personeel is super vriendelijk, de locatie is geweldig (midden in het centrum van Holbox) maar wij hebben het allermeest genoten van het privéstrand recht voor de deur. Je zet 1 stap buiten je kamer en je bent al op het strand. Alles wordt super goed bijgehouden, de hele dag door zijn er mensen het zand aan het harken of wier aan het weghalen. We hebben vanaf ons strandbedje zelfs dolfijnen en overvliegende flamingo’s gezien. De drankjes en de lunch die ze serveren zijn heerlijk. Het gratis ontbijt (ook aan het strand) is eveneens fantastisch.
Het bed lag super fijn en de kamer werd iedere dag heel netjes schoongemaakt. We waren hier 5 nachten maar hadden echt nog heel veel langer kunnen blijven. Ik zou direct teruggaan!

Ik kan niks bedenken, ik vond alles fantastisch.

Emplacement de rêve. Idéal pour visiter Holbox et profiter du centre-ville. À cette période, pas de bruits nocturnes des bars proches (peut-être pas le cas en pleine saison).

Services excellents et le petit déjeuner varié est délicieux.

Pros:

Un véritable petit paradis, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les cocotiers. La chambre sont spacieuses et confortables, et le bar-restaurant est très agréable, avec de délicieux cocktails. Le petit-déjeuner, servi en bord de mer, est exceptionnel. L’hôtel est proche du centre animé tout en restant très calme, et le personnel est aux petits soins.

Pros:

Do not waste your money at this place. It was not clean, the room was falsely advertised. The noise level at night made it impossible to sleep. The smell of sewage at the beach made me feel dirty after swimming in front of the hotel and there were no outdoor shower that I could find. The lack of customer service or even an understanding of what I was unhappy with was very frustrating. I didn’t feel safe at night due to locals partying in the ally next to our room and telling my husband that “ you’re in Mexico *****”. I tried to contact the hotel with no response so we had to call the police however they never came and the music lasted well past 2 am. From the time of arrival to the next morning we were done with this place. Didn’t want to be there at all anymore so we booked another hotel and left with 3 days left of our honeymoon. Please if your coming with the expectation that this is a nice resort/ hotel, you are mistaken because it’s not.

Pros:

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast by the beach, private beach and amazing service really take the stay to the next level. The facilities are well kept, the rooms and bed are comfortable and the location is perfect.
