Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und schmackhaftes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Es steht bei den Austattungsmerkmalen "Schallisoliert". Leider ist dem nicht wirklich so. Die Fenster sind extrem Schall durchlässig und wegen der Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer kann man sämtliche Gespräche wunderbar mitverfolgen.

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Eine normale Dusche bei mir dauert in der Regel nicht länger als 5 Minuten. Hier waren es gut 10 bis 15.

Von einem 4 Stern Hotel erwarte ich mir insgesamt mehr

Lamentável para um hotel 4 estrelas!
Pros:

Da localização e do excepcional atendido pelo recepcionista MARCELO, que solucionou rapidamente todos os problemas que tivemos. No hotel

Cons:

Ar condicionado não funcionou, porta do armário caiu, cheiro de esgoto no banheiro, cortinas ultrapassadas no box do banheiro.

La ubicación, el desayuno y la atención de los funcionarios.

Cons:

Pedí una manta en recepción y me dijeron que las que estaban disponibles eran la de la cama y la que estaba en el placard (se ve que en algunas habitaciones había) en el mío no había ninguna manta. Por lo que volví a llamar a recepción del teléfono de la habitación diciendo esto, y me dijeron que lo único que podían hacer era ayudarme con la calefacción del aire, que dicho sea de paso, son aires viejos que funcionan más o menos. Dormí con el aire caliente en 31 para que calentara, haciendo un ruido bastante molesto cuando cortaba y volvía, pasé una mala noche.

Gratificante de un día para el otro
Pros:

La comodidad que tiene y la ubicación.

Cons:

Los artefactos del baño estaban algo rotos; y la limpieza de los vidrios de la habitación( mesas de luz y cómoda)
Dejaban al descubierto que no les pasan un trapo quitando marcas de vasos de huéspedes anteriores.

Não recomendo se hospedar nesse hotel.
Pros:

Da localização. E os atendentes da recepção, principalmente um rapaz que ficava a noite, um querido.

Cons:

Camareira veio bater na porta as 8h da manhã enquanto estávamos dormindo com criança. O hotel possui 4 estrelas porém o banheiro tem cortina de box,. O ar condicionado parece que nunca foi limpo, ao ligar a aba estava preta de modo. Cafe da manhã é fraco e parece que as coisas são de uma semana, sanduíches prontos não da pra comer, estava com gosto de estragado. A lâmpada principal do quarto também estava queimada.
