Cons:

No tienen Bell boy o botones y uno mismo tiene que encontrar la habitación y cargar sus maletas, se extraña este servicio tan necesario para proyectar más hospitalidad y calidez.

Pros:

Teníamos un evento social programado para las 14:00, el check in era hasta las 15:00, llegamos 13:00 al hotel, sin problema nos entregaron la habitación para poder entrar y cambiarnos e irnos bien frescos y guapos a nuestro evento.
En recepción son muy amables y atentas en la llegada.
El check out fue rapidísimo.

Cons:

Las dos cosas a mejorar serían que la terraza de mi habitación no estaba limpia y los estacionamientos están algo retirados.

Excelente opcion, me encanto la estancia.
Pros:

Excelente Lugar, muy grande, alberca de excelente tamaño, la habitacion super bien, grande y el baño tambien estaba excelente. todo muy comodo. Viaje por trabajo pero parecia estancia de vacaciones.

Cons:

El desayuno se paga aparte, los precios son buenos, no son baratos pero son buenos precios tomando en cuenta que es un hotel. Otro punto un poco en contra y no, dependiendo como lo vean, es la ubicacion, no esta sobre la carretera esta un poco hacia adentro.

Agradable pero pudo haber estado mejor
Pros:

Tiene buenas instalaciones y buena ubicación
El personal es muy amable
La cama es muy reconfortante
Las almohadas muy buenas
Me gustó el servicio de televisión por cable
me gustó que tuviera servibar
Te dejan un par de botellas de agua

Cons:

No me agradó que no estuviera en funcionamiento el gimnasio, que tuviera descompuestos los aparatos y sin luz
No me gustó que no estuviera en funcionamiento la mesa de billar
No tiene cafetera en la habitación, a mi parecer eso si debería de tener una habitación.
Y quise consumir alimentos y bebidas en la alberca y dijeron que no podían atendernos porque estaban atendiendo a un grupo de personas que estaban en una reunión y en ese momento estaban para recibir sus alimentos
