Comfortable hotel with friendly staff in a decent location.
Pros:

-Our stay in Costa bitezhan was great due to its convenient location, which made it easy to reach most locations within a reasonable time period, given that we had a car.

-The pool size was decent and so was the private beach area which elevated our stay.

-The staff were friendly and cooperative especially Naz at the reception who upgraded us to a better room upon our arrival and made sure everything went smooth and comfortably which made the overall experience much better.

-The breakfast was nice and had quite the variety, with a spacious dining area around the pool.

Cons:

- Even though the room was comfortable and convenient some amenities were abit worn out, and needed small improvements but nothing that bothersome so didn’t sense the urgency to report it to the hotel.

We were not requesting room cleaning everyday however the minimal times that we did ,I noticed that the bed sheets were not changed at all as there was a noticeable stain, which wasn’t something major though, however towels were changed and the room was organized well each time to say the least.
So

No free dedicated parking space which was already mentioned, however I managed to find parking easily around the hotel at most times and wasn’t that far or inconvenient.

Cons:

Balkon van de kamer was verouderd. Haardroger op de kamer is een hele oude variant, wat zijn werk niet doet.

My Stay was Lovely, I arrived pretty early but they made me feel comfortable before I could check in. Was and the rest of the team were amazing and very responsive. I think if you are travelling with kids it would be a wonderful stay as it is family friendly.

Cons:

House keeping could be better. It feels a bit dated and needs some maintenance work.

Lovely, clean hotel
Pros:

Lovely, quiet hotel at the end of the bay. We were lucky to be given a room upgrade to a seaview balcony room and complementary drinks while we waited for it to be prepared. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice breakfast. A lovely clean pool.

Cons:

Minor issue..If you were not early for breakfast, there wasn't always as much choice.
Rooms not very soundproof.
