Bitez’de her yaz gitmek istediğim otel
Pros:

Oda konforlu, denize uzaklık şahane, plaj düzenli ve temiz, çalışanlar ilgili ve nazik; otelin mesafesinin restoranlara, ihtiyaç noktalarına uzaklığı mükemmel. Bitez’e gidersem kesinlikle başka otele uğramayı düşünmüyorum.

Yaz kahvaltısında kahvaltıda karpuz olmalı :/

Pros:

Pool was very clean and fresh
Staff were very friendly and realy helpful allowed us to stay on in room after 12am as we had a late flight and it took a lot of hassle off us

Cons:

The only gripe and it's very petty and would not matter to most is that if there was more shade at the beach the hotel would be excellent

Отличный отель, номера чистые, каждый день уборка, в размещении есть третье место для ребенка. Вкусный завтрак, что тоже важно. Приветливая администрация. Заранее за сутки до заезда написала русскоязычная сотрудник по работе с гостями Назима, узнавала время прилета и заселения в отель. Многие вопросы решили через нее!

Заранее за сутки до заезда написала русскоязычная сотрудник по работе с гостями Назима, узнавала время прилета и заселения в отель. Многие вопросы решили через нее!

Reposant et agreable
Pros:

Le personnel etait au petit soin, l’emplacement etait magnifique, face à la mer avec accès direct au transat. Le personnel a repondu a toutes nos demandes et notre chambre etait confortable.

A big negative surprise.
Pros:

We were only there for a short time. After we saw the room reserved for us, we didn't think twice and left the hotel and booked another one. The carpet in the stairwell had unappetizing stains. The bathroom was calcified and there was slight mold. The bed was small and not very comfortable, the room was not as shown on the internet, small and had no closet to speak of.

Cons:

What surprised us was the rating of 9.2 which prompted us to book the hotel. This hotel may be ok for people without high standards, but at this stage it certainly doesn't deserve a 9.2 rating, but a maximum of 6. This is despite the friendly receptionist. The hotel agent did not want to refund our money for the whole week we had booked; this will now have to be done through a law firm. Unfortunately I can't say anything positive, it was disappointing.
