Pros:

Café da manhã razoável. Localização péssima. Centro de Belo Horizonte, com todas as mazelas possíveis próximas.

Cons:

Não houve um mínimo de boa vontade dos atendentes. Cheguei por volta de meio dia e perguntei se poderia fazer o check-in. O atendente disse que não havia acomodações limpas, mas, imediatamente após, se propôs a conseguir uma acomodação mediante o pagamento de mais R$ 100,00. Ora, ou não havia acomodação, e seria compreensível, ou havia, mas o hotel (ou o próprio atendente) pretendia faturar com isso. Viajo pelo Brasil inteiro compreendo a necessidade de se arrumar os quartos, mas vejo também o interesse da maioria dos hotéis em acomodar logo os hóspedes, sendo possível. Nesse sentido, péssimo o hotel! Não volto lá e nem recomendo.

Pros:

Fica na região central próximo a tudo( ótimo como custo x benefício), café da manhã bom, tem ar condicionado, cama confortável, quarto é limpo, atendente prestativo., Internet boa. Boa iluminação no quarto.

Cons:

Não tinha o mini sabonete no box ( somente o sabonete líquido na pia), não tem estacionamento, nao tem secador de cabelo . O pão do café da manhã estava murcho.

A localização é ótima para quem vai utilizar a rodoviária, que fica a 750 metros.
Os funcionários da recepção são muito atenciosos e educados e o café da manhã é muito bom.
