Pros:

كانت إقامتي في الفندق رائعة بكل المقاييس. المكان نظيف، والخدمة ممتازة، والأجواء مريحة.

وأود أن أشيد بشكل خاص بموظف الاستقبال الأستاذ خليل، فقد كان في غاية الاحترافية واللطف، واستقبلني بابتسامة وترحيب جميل، وكان متعاونًا وسريعًا في تلبية جميع الطلبات والإجابة عن الاستفسارات. أسلوبه الراقي واهتمامه بالتفاصيل جعل إقامتي أكثر راحة وتميزًا.

شكرًا لإدارة الفندق على هذا المستوى الرائع من الخدمة، وبكل تأكيد سأكرر الإقامة وأوصي به للآخرين

ما شاء الله بصراحة من أجمل الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها في سفرياتي وناس جدا محترمة والفندق مكانه جميل وفيه جلسات في اللوبي وخارج الفندق
تعامل الطاقم جميعا كان جميل للأمانة من الاستقبال khalil إلى المطعم كنعان وانور ناس محترمين إلى تنظيف الغرفة مع السيدة الكبيرة ايتان أو ايتن بصراحة مرة المكان جميل ومهما وصفته صدقوني في الواقع افضل
بالنسبة للفطور جميل وبسيط للأمانة
اتمنى لهم التوفيق والنجاح الدائم
شكرا خاص للأستاذ خليل في الاستقبال كانت الإقامة فقط 4 ليالي ولكن مددنا إلى 8 ليالي وبسعر مرة جميل كان بتوفيق الله ثم مساعدة خليل

فندق مميز بموقعه الهادئ والقريب من المترو وكل المواصلات والاحتياجات اليومية، كذلك طاقم النظافة موجودين دائما في الخدمة والغرف جميلة على الطراز الكلاسيكي وكذلك الإفطار جميل ومنوع وتوقيته جيد، والأهم هو طاقم الفندق متجاوب ويلبي كل احتياجات النزلاء برحابة صدر 👍👏

لاتوجد قنوات عربية في التلفزيون ولايوجد نقل لمباريات كأس العالم والإضاءة في الغرفة ليست كما أريد

The hotel is in an excellent location and great value
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location—clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The staff were outstanding, especially Mr. Khalil, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

прекрасный отелт
Pros:

отличный отель, оставались на 5 ночей, завтраки меняются 2 раза, классный персонал, чисто, очень довольны остались выбором, удобная локация для пеших прогулок, все есть рядом

Staff were freindly, and attentive. The rooms have nice decor

Cons:

Too much insects even in the nicer rooms. Unclean beds, and very small rooms. Not to mention you can here everyrthing in other rooms.

من اجمل الإقامات والحمدالله وفقت في اختيارالفندق

لأمانة الفندق جميل و مريح نفسياً والمرافق جدا نظيفة بوفيه الإفطار جميل المسجد أمامك وقريب جدا وجميع محلات الملابس والأقمشة والمطاعم حولك . ومترو عثمان بيك قريب . أعجبني العاملين في الفندق قمة في الأخلاق والإحترام الاستاذ خليل يقابلك بابتسامته الجميلة كل صباح محبوب و رائع حسن الأسلوب يخجلك من أسلوب تعامله يحاول بشتى السبل يخدمك و يسهل إقامتك ومحترم جدا اخذت الفندق لمدة 3 ايام و جلست اسبوعين من أجل تعامله الجميل . والأخ هارون وعلي وجميع العاملين بصراحة أتعب في مدحهم . بإذن الله مكان إقامتي القادمة

Pros:

The staff extremly friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Not far from the main street, may be just 500 meter a way from metro. Special thanks to Mr. Kenan for his friendliness and hospitality. We enjoyed staying there.

Excellent location and cleanliness, but the hotel needs some modernization.
Pros:

Great hotel in an excellent location. Close to the metro, shops, restaurants, and cafes. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Cons:

The hotel could benefit from some modernization. The TVs and air conditioning units are quite old and could be upgraded to enhance the guest experience.
