Pros:

Posizione ottima pochi passi dalla piazza dell'orologio. Camera spaziosa. Colazione ottima dolce e salata.

Cons:

In bagno c'era la vasca un po' scomoda e non la doccia, ma ci siamo adattati lo stesso.

Fantastic location but don’t expect a genuine 4* hotel.
Pros:

A simply excellent location, no other words for it.
Staff friendly but not really engaging, we didn’t eat at the hotel.

Cons:

This property is no where near 4* grading, perhaps a strong 2* but not at all 4* I am sorry to say.
The bedroom curtains offer little protection from daylight and being June day light/dusk lasts until after 10.00 PM. No a/c and temperatures reached 34 deg.c when we were there. No lift so travel light as the stairs can be many. The courtyard is pretty but all deliveries trundle through it to reach storage and again this ain’t 4* as it’s very noisy.

Situación excelente en pleno casco antiguo. Habitación amplia,cama cómoda, falta un espejoen la habitación,hay nevera. Baño enorme, espejo del baño pequeño y muy alto con poca luz. Bañera muy elevada dificil para meterte,sin cortina. En general bien.

Cons:

Ruido exterior desde muy temprano en el patio de la cafeteria.

A quaint, beautful hotel right in the Heart of the old town
Pros:

the location was excellent . Right in ths heart of the old town & 1 minute walk to the astronomical clock . It’s a beautful old building and the breakfast is outstanding

Cons:

It took us a while to check in as there is only one person on reception and they were attending to something else, the signage on the hotel is also poor so we were wandering around street for a bit . I still rated it excellent though

First time in Prague, great location
Pros:

It is old and therefore quite quaint!
And right next to the main old town

Cons:

No lifts
Lots of stairs to the room
I felt staff could have been a little friendlier

Pros:

Vi fick ett mycket stort rum med bekväma sängar för oss alla tre. Rummet var otroligt charmigt och hade en liten balkong mot gatan, mitt i stadskärnan. Stort fint badrum och pentry med kyl, spis och diskmaskin. Allt var i bästa skick. Skulle gärna bott här länge!
Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående hela tiden. Vi bodde högst upp och vid avresan kom en av dem oombedd till min hjälp med en av väskorna.
Frukostbuffen var nog traditionellt tjeckisk men passade min smak med sitt utbud av varmt och kallt kött, inläggningar, ostar och gott bröd.

Cons:

Absolut ingenting! 😊

Kaldigimiz odada minibarda var yaziyordu fakat odaya girdigimizde minibarin olmadigini gordum ve resepsiyoniste sordugumda bozuk oldugunu ve tamire gonderildigini bunun icin uzgun olduklarini soyledi fakat biz otelde 4 gun 3 gece kaldik 3.gun ancak minibari odamiza koyabildiler(3 kere akibetini sorduktan sonra sonunda),banyoda kuvet olmasi kullanissiz ve orumcek vardi banyo duvarinda,odada hic ayna yoktu,odadaki koltuklarin minderleri lekeliydi

Magnífico hotel en el mismísimo centro de Praga

La ubicación es absolutamente increíble. En el mismísimo centro de Praga. Habitación muy amplia y limpia y camas comodísimas.

Cons:

El hotel no tiene ascensor. En nuestro caso no era ningún problema, pero puede dificultar el acceso a las habitaciones a algunas personas.

Prag war wunderschön, aber beim nächsten Mal werden wir uns wohl ein anderes Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Lage im Zentrum war grundsätzlich sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Bettüberzüge waren löchrig, die Handtücher zerschlissen. Am Boden waren noch Fingernägel der Vormieterin. Und was die Lage betrifft: Das Zimmer hatte Fenster auf die Straße, wir wurden die ganze Nacht von gröhlenden Gruppen geweckt.
