Pros:

It’s a great Hotel, the best trained and educated staff I have seen across Egyptian hotels 🏨.
It’s a high quality hotel and the food is just not tasty but also of high standards.
Facilities in general are great.

Cons:

Too many cats, can be annoying and be perceived as a health hazard

My mum, her partner and I spent 10 unforgettable days at MAGIC LIFE Kalawy and honestly, none of us wanted to leave.

From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome and cared for. The resort itself is beautiful, but what truly makes this place so special are the people ✨

My mum celebrated her birthday during our stay and the team made this day more beautiful and memorable than we could ever have imagined. Seeing her so happy meant everything to me, and this is a memory we will carry in our hearts for a very long time ♾️

A very special thank you to the entire Entertainment Team, all the dancers, the wonderful Guest Service Team, the waiters, housekeeping, the managers and every single person working behind the scenes.

Thank you for every smile, every conversation, every laugh, the amazing energy, the little surprises and all those small gestures that may seem ordinary to you but can mean so much to a guest 🙏🏼

Pros:

As usual i like the Sea, food, staff treatment, and the hotel vibes.

Cons:

Lot of cats every where with bad smelling, the hotel management needs to limit cats availabilty in limited areas.

In addition animation team need to do better...

Amazing holiday
Pros:

Clean, nice gardens, pools and a lot of activity facilities. Don’t forget your sport shoes. Large variety of meals - everyone can find very tasty food.

Its a magical place, I would fully recommend it whether your on your own, as a family or as a pair

Pros:

Hôtel très propre, ils pensent à tout. Le snorkelling.
Les chambres et les Sdb. Le lac. Le lagoon.

Cons:

Personnel qui se mêle trop et pose trop de questions. Au restaurant ou au bord de la piscine ils te questionnent sur tes origines. Ça ne se fait pas !!!!
De plus, les transats autour des piscines sont vite occupés. Dès 7h du matin et jusqu'en fin d'après midi. Ce n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. C'est tres gênant et dérangeant. Cela a gâché nos vacances.

Friendly staff ‘very unique food with perfect quality and variety
Ironically Iam complaining about the luxurious food which broke my diet😀
The one system of all inclusive means no hassle to take an advantage of everything you prefer without preacautions😀

Internet service unfortunately poor in rooms slow in public

Good stay but not comfortable vacation
Pros:

The animation team is perfect, creators and very organized

Cons:

AC in all restaurants is horrible, i was sweating every meal and looking after the ceiling fans to set below.
In room internet is not available and reception team always trying to fix it. 😏😏😏 but no action taken.
The front desk team is not cooperative at all and very strict with the rules. I checked out from the room at 12:00pm but i was begging to delay my exit till 6:00pm to avoid the summer heat during my drive specially with my kids but they act like they made a big favor to me to delay it to 4pm.
