Mooi en zeer luxe hotel met fantastisch personeel.
Pros:

De service van het personeel was fantastisch. Toen ze erachter kwamen dat het onze trouwdag was, hadden ze onze dinertafel versierd. Heel attent.
Verder prachtige luxe kamer met zeer groot bed. Grote badkamer met alle luxe die je kan bedenken.
Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer compleet. En het diner was geweldig.

Ze zijn er mee bezig maar een airco op de kamer is (helaas) tegenwoordig ook in Oostenrijk nodig.

Wunderschönes Wohlfühlhotel
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbüffet ließ keine Wünsche offen mit Lachs, Sekt, frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen und Gebäck. Die Gourmetmenüs am Abend waren ausgezeichnet und die schönen Stuben beim Abendessen und Frühstück sind sehr stilvoll. Auch die Nachmittagsjause war sehr reichhaltig und es gab täglich frischen Strudel.
Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang, im Service und beim Roomservice waren alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.
Im schönen Wellnessbereich mit tollem Indoor-Pool und großem Whirlpool im Freien kann man die Ruhe im Adults-Only-Hotel genießen.
Unser Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet mit großem Balkon und modernem Bad.
Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

De kamer met groot balkon.heerlijk zwembad en spa.

Cons:

De handdoeken erg dun.zeker voor zo'n duur hotel.en heel raar de vitrage en overgordijnen op dezelfde raills.dus kan je ze niet goed dicht doen.

Pros:

Echt een fantastisch hotel, voor ons een dikke 10! We kregen bij aankomst zelfs een dubbele upgrade en waren compleet verrast door de enorme, prachtige kamer. Wat een ruimte en wat een luxe!

Maar vooral het personeel maakt dit hotel bijzonder. Zij begrijpen echt wat gastvrijheid betekent. Van het warme welkom met een drankje, tot het feit dat we al om 13.00 uur op onze kamer mochten en de enorme vriendelijkheid en attentheid gedurende ons hele verblijf. Zowel ’s ochtends bij het ontbijt als ’s avonds in het restaurant was iedereen ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ook het eten was fantastisch: een uitgebreid ontbijt en iedere avond heerlijk en met veel aandacht bereid. De wellness is prachtig en maakt het verblijf helemaal compleet. Alles is schoon, verzorgd en tot in de puntjes geregeld.
We hebben ons hier echt in de watten gelegd gevoeld. Een hotel waar alles klopt en waar we heel graag nog eens terugkomen!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets.
Enige tip: fitness sluit nu om 20:00 uur. Ik zou dit langer open laten. In de meeste hotels kun je tot 23:00 uur sporten.
