Pros:

chambre et matelas très comfortables
personnel d'une grande politesse et compréhension
petit dejeuner exprès très copieux et d'une grande qualité
Hotel en face du Casino et en plein centre ville

Déception pour un mercure
Pros:

Emplacement.
Petit-déjeuner avec option sans gluten.
Personnel aimable.

Cons:

La chambre devait être prête dès 15h, nous sommes arrivés à 15h45 et nous avons dû attendre 20mn.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, et ceux depuis la veille, alors que nous étions en épisode canicule : aucune solution proposée à part d’ouvrir la fenêtre (pour faire entrer la chaleur !)

Hôtel bien situé, confortable et personnel sympa
Pros:

Personnel assez sympa. Dans un contexte caniculaire, Ils ont pris le soin de me contacter avant mon arrivée pour m'annoncer que la clim serait potentiellement en panne et qu'exceptionnellement, je pouvais décaler ou annuler mon séjour (même si je n'avais pas l'option). Finalement la Clim a été réparé avant notre arrivée. l'hôtel et les chambres sont très propres, la literie est confortable et l'isolation phonique est excellente. Malgré notre fenêtre au 1er étage donnant sur la route, on est très bien dormis. L'hôtel se trouve à proximité des restaurants, casino et de la plage.

Cons:

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, je trouve que le petit déjeuner n'est pas assez riche. Il serait appréciable de rajouter plus de fruit.

Świetna lokalizacja. Super obsługa. Pyszne śniadanie.

Cons:

Otwarte Wi-fi bez zabezpieczeń - nie korzystałam. Klimatyzacja w pokoju niby działa (głośno) ale praktycznie nie chłodzi. Hotel przed przyjazdem przysłał informację a awarii klimatyzacji ale myślę, że została naprawiona skoro pracowała i w częściach wspólnych było przyjemnie tylko w pokoju gorąco

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobry hotel!
Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja, wygodne, czyste pokoje, wygodne łóżko, bardzo pomocna obsługa. Polecam rezerwować pokoje o podwyższonym standardzie:)

Cons:

Śniadania mogłyby być odrobinę bardziej różnorodne i w pokoju standardowym nie było lodówki, a bardzo by się przydała- dobrze, że mieliśmy pokój drugi o wyższym standardzie, gdzie była lodówka.

Lit confortable, accueil sympathique, excellent petit déjeuner, très bon emplacement.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation opérationnelle, sans que l'on soit prévenu au préalable, ni informé sur place, donnant le choix entre logement trop chaud ou bruit de la rue, sans réelle efficacité d'aération, d'ailleurs, l'ouverture étant de taille limitée.

Great location but don't expect anything mindblowing
Pros:

Location is perfect for exploring Trouville, close to many restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Rooms are fine for a weekend away, the breakfast was good and affordable, and the staff was helpful.

Cons:

Shower-bath is quite small and uncomfortable to use. Rooms are supposed to be airconditioned but this was broken even after emailing a few days ahead and they reassured me it was working. They managed to organise a fan for us but if it was during a heatwave we would have had to leave.
