Camden Riverhouse Hotel and Inn

Husband booked us a weekend only to arrive and realize it was mistakenly set for 2027. Front desk staff was extremely understanding and found us an extended stay apartment which usually had a three night minimum but they let us keep it for two. Staff was so helpful even tho the place was booked for a wedding. Location is great. Room was clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect. I was on a sailing trip and needed a place to stay before leaving Camden. I was able to walk to the hotel from the harbor. I was also able to walk to local restaurants, the park and shops. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was really surprised by the smore bar in the evening that was a lot of fun!

This place is extraordinary and the reason is simple- s’mores ! It’s not about the smores but the popup community it creates . Amazing experience .

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome. The communal fire pit and s'mores bar was a nice way to end our day! The garden out back was a great way to start our day! Everything was clean.We felt at home the minute we walked in. We will be back! This stay was a favorite:))

The Camden River House Hotel was great. Located so convenient to everything in Camden. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed sitting by the fire pit at night. Will definitely return.

It's incredibly central. You can walk to anywhere in Camden from this hotel. The staff at the front desk were amazing. There were nice little treats in the hotel lobby. Definitely a good place for anyone looking to stay a night in town.

Conviently located to all downtown shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable and accommodating staff.

We booked this hotel based on positive reviews and it didn't disappoint us. The room was large and easily accommodated the three of us, my husband, myself and our ten year old granddaughter. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the sheets were soft and the towels were soft and thick. The Dove products provided were a nice touch. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a variety of breakfast items. A nice surprise was the smores and campfire provided behind the hotel at dusk. Our granddaughter loved roasting the marshmallows. There were candy jars in the lobby for guests which was also a nice addition. Another nice surprise was the bridge that goes over the water and is maintained by the hotel. There were beautiful flowers and benches to sit on and enjoy the view. The staff was friendly also. I recommend this hotel.

Location is great. Parking easy and safe. You can leave your car and walk almost anywhere in town. Like the outside seating in back. Of course everyone loves the breakfast.

My daughter and I enjoyed our spacious 2-bed room. It was very clean with a spacious bathroom as well. Ashley at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations for dinner and reviewing the multitude of perks the hotel offers, such as s'mores on the firepit. The location is perfect...walking distance to everything downtown. We would definitely return.

Hotel is decent. Definitely did not live up to the ratings. The location was great. Our issue was that the room smelled really bad, like someone smoked in it for years. It really bothered my wife and son. Told the staff. She walked in and said it smelled fine. Um ok. We didn’t feel like it was worth the trouble pressing the issue. But we’d never go back.
