Pros:

Mình rất hài lòng và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu đi gia đình. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, niềm nở, view xem pháo hoa đẹp, tiện nghi đầy đủ

Cons:

Điểm trừ duy nhất mình thấy là phòng cách âm hơi kém. Nhà mình ở 2 phòng sát nhau, cháu nhỏ hơi nghịch xíu mà bị bà mắng t ở phòng còn lại vẫn nghe đc 🫢😂

Not worth the money, even though it is rated as a 4-star hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is quite large, and the breakfast was okay. However, the facilities are very outdated and need significant improvement. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the facilities definitely need to be renovated and better maintained.

Cons:

We booked two family suite rooms, but the AC in one of the rooms broke down, which was not acceptable, especially for a family stay. At first, the staff asked us to use a fan instead, but the room was still uncomfortable, and the AC issue could not be resolved. Thankfully, the staff eventually agreed to move us to another room. We appreciated their effort to resolve the problem, but we were disappointed that the AC issue happened in the first place.

Pros:

The view and only the view is the good part

Cons:

Staff is not co operative at all, the breakfast or the lunch which I had was not to my liking.
The swimming pool is under renovation.
There isn’t much to say about this hotel.

La vue côté mer, la piscine bien que petite et la salle de sport suffisamment équipée

Cons:

Les groupes de locaux extrêmement bruyant et irrespectueux et le personnel de l’hôtel qui ne fait rien pour mettre un peu d’ordre

Cons:

Khách sạn 4 sao mà dịch vụ chỉ 2 sao.
Nhân viên không thân thiện phòng thì cũ. Phòng to chỉ 1 cái điều hoà ở giữa, ngăn bức vách nên k thể mát đều các phòng. Đi khách sạn mà còn phải đem quạt giấy ra quạt.
Đồ ăn sáng không đa dạng. Chắc sau sẽ không quay lại.

The toaster was broken and could only produce warm bread.
Shower was broken with 2 styles of taps
Air con and lights did not work when we entered the floor/ room.
Im glad we only stayed for 5 hours until our other hotel room was available

Hotel mit Zimmern mit toller Aussicht
Pros:

Großes Hotel mit geräumigen, sauberen Zimmern und bequemem Bett. Die Aussicht in den oberen Zimmern ist sehr schön, mit Blick auf das Meer und die Seilbahn.
Lage ist prima, wenn man mit der Seilbahn fahren möchte und in der Nähe des Schiffterminals sein möchte.
Abendessen war sehr lecker. Aufgrund des Tetfestes waren wir fast du einzigen Gäste und trotzdem war abends alles verfügbar.

Cons:

Personal war super unorganisiert, wir wurden zuerst in ein benutzes Zimmer geschickt. Keiner wusste so recht was zu tun war.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr klein und überschaubar, dies war aber vermutlich dem Tetfest geschuldet, weil kaum Gäste da waren.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was also perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!
