Nice way to enjoy the hot springs in a spacious room.
Pros:

Hot Springs were really nice, and it was nice to have the restaurant and bar on site.

Cons:

The bar closed earlier than it was supposed to. Our accommodations were spacious but a bit old.

Location, receptionist the lovely chap that met us and showed us around he was amazing.

Cons:

Attention more to who is staying at your venue we had a very loud crowd who partied till after midnight the nights we had stayed. Also our room looked very different to the pictures. Water pressure needs work as it was very slow.

Good for a night to experience the hot springs, wouldn’t stay longer.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, obviously the hot springs were fantastic, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Shower had no pressure, it was just a dribble out of the shower head.

Cons:

!The booking was for a 2-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool. Once we arrived and asked about it, the lady at reception told us that it was not included and said it was a Booking.com mistake. She also said there were no available villas with private pools, even though the rooms right beside us were empty the whole time we stayed there.
Breakfast was also supposed to be included, but it barely looked like breakfast at all. It only consisted of baked pastries, tea, and coffee — nothing more
