In general, ok. Staying guests simply front up to drinks bar on arrival to obtain key. Not ideal.
Pros:

The bathroom was excellent and well provided with toiletries, towels etc. Tea-making facilities were adequate.

Cons:

Position of television adjacent to the only window capable of being opened. However, the room space did not allow for the television to be placed elsewhere.

Not palatial but clean & comfortable
Pros:

Staff very helpful when we had issues with Tv & aircon - sorted immediately
Food very good at hotel restaurant
Included Continental breakfast very welcome

Cons:

Bathroom door didn’t close properly & needed oil on hinges

Excellent location for the Brisbane entertainment centre
Ideal being next to the pub for food and drinks

Pleasant and perfect for what we wanted . Attached to hotel so meals were convenient

Convenience to shops, beach and places I need to be

Cons:

Nothing, however thing batteries may have been flat in air conditioning remote and couldn't adjust. However I also mention I didn't worry about asking about it .
