Pros:

The apartment had all that you wanted the location was excellent, within walking distance to cotton tree shops, and restaurants and surf club and bowling club.

Cons:

As we stayed 7 nights it would have been good to get clean towels and extra amenities half way through our stay. We got the same amenities as someone staying one night. Like more then 1 toilet roll.

Great location, friendly staff, great value.

Cons:

Strong smoke/cigarette smell inside constantly. Didn’t realise that it wasn’t serviced so needed to BYP everything from garbage bags, toilet paper, cooking oil, etc.

A gorgeous stay, wish we stayed for longer. We will be back! :)
Pros:

Glen was easy to talk to and responded to my enquiries promptly. The whole process was smooth and Glen was so friendly. The apartment was AMAZING. The cleanest accomodation I have ever stayed in, it looks basically brand new.

Location and presentation were both excellent

Cons:

The room number was number 13 although it was on the ground floor they called it the first floor number three. It was the only accommodation on that floor. I felt number 11 would’ve been more appropriate. The hot water service was in a cupboard next to our wardrobe. It’s serviced other apartments. People were showering at all hours of the morning and would wake us up even though I am a heavy sleeper. Also reception was only metres from the bedroom and front door there was a 630 checkout on a Saturday morning that woke us up. Cleaning staff would stop and talk to the reception people so we found ourselves whispering in our apartment because we thought if we could hear them, they would be able to hear us so subsequently the stay there wasn’t as good as I would’ve liked it to be

Pleasant and well located
Pros:

Location was excellent. Quieter than other places I have stayed on the Sunshine Coast yet close to cafes and shops and the beach.

Cons:

My apartment was located more towards the back of the building and had no real sea view. There was some road noise from traffic.

Location was excellent, close to beach, river and local shops.

Cons:

The 1 bedroom apartments had no laundry facilities had to go to different floor and there was only a bar fridge, but there was a bar freezer

Loved it! Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Easy to access, great location, great apartment which had everything we needed, friendly staff and it was unexpectedly quiet (we didn’t hear any noise from other guests).

Cons:

Our car was a little difficult to manoeuvre in the car park due to tight space.

A big thank you to Glen and co who managed the property We’ll be back.
Pros:

Great location, great value, very comfortable.
Property is a short walk to some of my favourite restaurants on the coast, and only a short walk to the patrolled Maroochydore beach.
Onsite management very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only improvements I could think of would be to add a heated spa bath outside which would have upped the score from 8 to 9 out of 10.
If on the Beachfront with a heated spa bath then would have been 10 out of 10.
We really like this place.

Pros:

Pohodlný prostorný apartmán ve výborné lokalitě, blízkost oceánu, kaváren a obchodů, dobrý výchozí bod k výletům po okolí. Byt byl útulný, čistý, kuchyň velmi dobře vybavená nic nechybělo, možnost praní a sušení prádla. Podzemní garáž. Personál milý a ochotný. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.
