Emplacement idéal pour visiter Melaka, lieu authentique et très beau.
Chambre comfortable.

Cons:

La salle de bain est vraiment petite.
Le petit déjeuné en soit est bon, mais un choix de différents thé et type de café serait le bienvenu.

Fantastic stay with superb location, charming interior, good value for money and comfortable beds.
Pros:

1. The location of this hotel is superb - cafe's, good nyonya restaurants, jonker walk is very near within walking distance.
2. The breakfast is decent and located at their beautiful courtyard.
3. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and enchanting. It gave us a good location for photoshoot too.
4. The common toilet at the ground floor is very clean and nicely maintained.
5. The bed and pillow in the room are very comfortable.

Cons:

1. The housekeeping could be more thorough - there were dust and hair on the floor under the writing desk and in the toilet.
2. Toiletries such as body wash and shampoo can be in bigger size.
3. 2 Room card key can be provided for each room instead of 1 especially when we have 2 guests in a room as sometimes, we may want to explore different things.
4. The description of the room in Booking.com can be more detailed or follow the hotel description. Currently, it's generic description i.e. King Suite, Twin Room, Double Room. There are different suites named by flowers in this hotel so we can match back which King Suite to the hotel and can select the one we wanted to book.
5. Front-desk staff can be a bit more friendly or trained in their communication other than Mandarin. There was a Japanese couple in front of me who struggled to understand what the staff was trying to say. I used Google Translate to assist them.

Well worth the stay.
Pros:

Wow this property is amazing, so happy we got the chance to stay here. So clean, interesting, beautiful and romantic. Loved the history and architecture. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff lovely. Location fantastic.

Overall, the stay at Hotel Puri was quite average.

There is no on-site parking, so guests need to park at a distant car park and walk back to the hotel, which is quite inconvenient.

The room had a slightly musty smell, as if it had not been used for a while. Not long after check-in, the power tripped and the room became very hot for a while.

Basic amenities were lacking, with no clothes hangers or laundry bag provided, and most items had to be requested from the reception.

The only plus point was the air-conditioning, which was very cold and comfortable. Other than that, the overall experience was just okay.

Muy bien situado en una calle tranquila a unos pasos del rio y de Jonker Street.
Hotel emblemático, con jardines interiores y muchos objetos decorativos antiguos, es como vivir en una casa colonial de Malaca con las comodidades de hoy. Hay ascensor. Muy buen desayuno.es muy recomendable
