Other than the above comments it served it purpose for us.
Pros:

The lady that checked is in was very friendly. It suited our requirements for the six of us to stay.

Cons:

The couches were dirty. The kitchen needs renovation. The appartments smelt like stale cigarette smoke and the shower pressure was hopeless.

I would stay again.
Pros:

Nice size apartment with secure parking.
Nice pool area available for relax or swim.

Cons:

A little far from the main town but we had a car so that wasn’t a problem.

快適でした
Pros:

少し古い建物ですが、清潔で静かでした。キッチン付きの部屋でしたが、食器や調理器具もいろいろ揃っており長期滞在でも困りません。また洗濯機もついていて、洗濯も無料でできました。受付が終わった後にチェックインしたんですが、鍵の入った封筒に、地図が入っており、オーナーさんが手書きで、バス停の場所や観光地を案内してくれてありました。話した時もフレンドリーでした。また泊まりたいです。

Everything you need
Pros:

An older apartment that was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well provisioned for cooking and appreciated the washer/dryer. Our balcony looked over garden and pool and caught the breezes. Enjoyed the pool. The lady at reception was very nice. There is a small supermarket and some food options a block away, foreshore is 10 mins walk and a further 15 mins walk to town.

Fabulous place to stay with families, close to center and lagoon.
Pros:

Fantastic place - we got 6 apartments for my whole extended family and they all had a full kitchen and their own washer and dryer. The pool and BBQ area are beautiful. The staff were very responsive (I think they are on site?) and weren’t bothered when several of us locked our keys in the room a couple of times :) 20 min walk or bus into Cairns central. Highly recommend this place!

Pros:

The staff were friendly.
The apartment overlooked the pool, which was nice.

Cons:

The apartment needed some TLC.
The couches were dirty & the bathroom definitely needed some upgrades.
It was a very noisy area & further away from town than we expected. We had to Uber most times to get to the centre of town.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and, generally, the apartment has everything you need. I slept very well.

Cons:

It didn't feel very clean. There was no one single issue that stood out, it was just a general feeling. The road can also be a bit loud depending on which room or apartment you are in. Overall, it was okay.

Well spent stay at Koala Court Holiday Apartments
Pros:

The apartment was clean, well lit and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. The host, Noutekh was very accommodating and went overboard to help us with our luggage as well as an early morning check-out.

קיבלנו הוראות כניסה בהודעת מייל.
לא היה קשר עם אף אחד.
הדירה יפה, נקיה ומודרנית. מצויידת טוב, מוארת.. מרפסת גדולה ונעימה.
יש ברכה נחמדה.

אין רשת על החלון לכן אי אפשר לפתוח ולאוורר.

お安く、自由気楽な宿かと。
Pros:

施設は古めで、新しいホテルなどとは比較になりませんが、洗濯機や乾燥機は使い放題、フロントの方々は親切で丁寧だと思いました。近くで食事や買い物ができます。特にCock&Bullというお店は良かった。

Cons:

7日間、御世話になりましたが、1晩、隣人がうるさい夜が有りました。施設の案内にはダメって書いてあるんですけどね。
