Superb value. Great staff.
Pros:

These traditional style pub rooms with shared facilities are refurbished and presented in as excellent order and attention to detail as you may find anywhere. Some folk may find late night noise from the bar downstairs is too loud. Particularly on weekends.

Cons:

Over half the TV channels were locked requiring a code. Suspect this was done by a previous mischievous guest. Really annoying. We guessed the code (1234) as it happens. Cheap Android TV’s are a trap for hospitality!

A unique and fun little gem of a place to stay. Easy walking distance to the beach and best seafood!
Pros:

The location was excellent, so close to restaurants and the beach. The room was comfortable, clean and quite.

I stayed overnight and found the room clean & the bed extremely comfortable the staff were amazing

plenty of parking out back.
well maintained venue and decent / quick service from the kitchen with a very Tasty meal that wasn't a packed deep fried meal from a box.

Cons:

Free Wi-Fi wasn't communicated or offered, so with little to no Cell service it was hard to use a laptop.
Bed mattress was more spring than bed.

Friendly, cost efficient, and fun! No regrets!
Pros:

Very convenient location! Great place to stay for a weekend. Best place to stay to see the Sunday market which is a must do if in Coffs Harbour!

We had an amazing stay. Great room, great meals and drinks. Lovely staff and awesome music.

Great honest accomodation- will be back
Pros:

It was a very honest room, everything worked well, no corners cut - did what it said on the packet I stayed one night, then went back for another and would stay again. There is noise from the pub below when they have functions but they shut it down in good time.

Cons:

Not much…I liked it ..
