Very pleasant stay, more than met expectations.
Pros:

Loved how friendly, considerate and helpful the staff were. The room was very spacious and clean, and the deep bath was an absolute blessing for my achy bones. Great water pressure in the shower. I was a very comfortable temperature during my whole stay. Beleura Private Hospital is literally a five minute walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There wasn't much that I didn't like. The bed was quite firm, but some people prefer that. There was no microwave in the room. The tap in the bathroom hung too low over the sink. Even though the bath was beautifully relaxing, you have to watch out for the pressure plug with your backside, it's situated in the exact center of the bath. Oh, and I thought the bedside lamps were a tad over bright. Apart from those minor twinges, the overall stay was tickety-boo.

Not a hotel
Pros:

To manage expectations, this property is more of motel than hotel standard.

Property is close to fast food restaurants and Mothers beach. And then just another 5mins drive you’ll reach a whole area of restaurants and cafes with really nice food !

Restaurant in property, servers were friendly and biryani is great! Haven’t get to try much but overall worth trying.

The balcony suite is huge. Can add another queen size bed if you’re coming as a family. Not need to book 2 rooms.

People are just very very friendly here. Oh oh ! There’s a betting bar here for the locals and a small jackpot room! Very interesting!

Cons:

Feels like there was no privacy. The cleaners enter room after knocking when receive no replies >>>

My husband and I were smoking in the balcony and suddenly saw a group of 5 ladies standing in front of the balcony door, they did apologise saying they knocked but no response so they came in. The issue is~ we didn’t hear them knocking since we have to close the balcony door while smoking.

On 2nd occasion, only my husband was in the room, taking a shower. He cldnt hear the door knocking as well and again, they came in and he was in for a bad shock because he came out of the bathroom naked ! He was frantically trying to cover his private part.

Bedsheets - it’s obvious they didn’t change the bedsheet I’ve slightly dirtied on my first night with the hotel. All the cleaners did was to flip the blanket outside in then the next day from top to bottom which goes on for 5 days 4 nights.

If there is a scoring system for housekeeping. Out of 10 I will give it a 2.
