overall, it is a lovely place to stay, friendly staff, good value for money & close to everything
Pros:

Cereal for breakfast was provided free of charge, as well as Tea & coffee-
added bonus there was a toaster in our room

Cons:

more salads or lighter meals on the menu would be great!

Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean, with a large king size bed.
Below the hotel is a sports bar and bistro with very reasonable food and prices.

Cons:

If you book at this hotel, do not accept room 12. Just outside this room was a (what we think) an air conditioning unit with two fans (whirlybird roof ventilator type). The fans made a low level humming noise all night, which made it difficult to sleep. That spoilt our stay.

Big room, nice bath, noisy.
Pros:

Rooms are massive. The room had a big bath and very comfortable. There are breakfast cereals and milk for a simple breakfast. Bed and pillows are really comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is on top of a pub and surrounded by a car park on all sides. The beer 'garden' is noisy with shouting. The other side is a busy road.

New Years mornington stay
Pros:

Comfortable bed, fridge had good stock, easy checkin and out, making of the beds.

Cons:

Pokies downstairs didn't suit the standard of the hotel rooms. Opening hours for bar and restaurant could have been earlier in the morning and later in the evening. Understand that this may cause noise pollution and may not have customers at these hours.

Modern, spacious, good food. It won’t disappoint.
Pros:

Rooms very spacious, modern. Food at the restaurant was really good, plates quite big.

Cons:

Entry to the hotel itself through the pokies very confusing. I believe there’s no lift.
