It suited us. The staff I interacted with were courteous and helpful.
Pros:

I regularly use a pair of clean white socks inside the accommodation to test the cleanliness of the carpet and tiles. The floor cleanliness was in the top category. I did not see anything that I thought looked like it needed cleaning. We were mostly out with family and friends so we did not use any of the appliances in the apartment apart from the fridge and microwave. They worked perfectly.

Cons:

My daughter was in the second bedroom. She was disappointed there was no bedside table in that room. Something small, for example a small round topped stool, would be better than nothing.

Pros:

Location - short walk to South Bank and train/bus stations.
Large balcony overlooking rail road but not noisy and fun to watch all the trains.
Well equipped and clean.
Coffee shops right outside.
Not luxurious but great for a sightseeing trip - thus was my second stay - easy to get train from airport to accommodation.

Cons:

I was happy with everything.

Lovely staff. Handy for arts galleries n museums.

Easy to find as so close to city bridge.
LOVED that the 1 room suite had washing machine and drier, full oven, little fridge AND a dishwasher. All had detergent supplied. NICE!!!

Cons:

TERRIBLE pervasive mould smell.in the entire suite Ruined the stay and I had to was all my clothes when I returned home. Not good for price of the unit.

The carparking was difficult to manage...unclear floor levels ...I thought my car had been stolen but luckily Arisl (bless her cotton sox) helped locate it right where I had parked it over 2 nights.

The bottom sheet had washed out blood spots...yuk!

The sliding door to close off the bedroom didn't move so to protect privacy from quite close neighbouring 3rd Morgan Suites building,

I had to keep curtains drawn all the time at night.. The desk had no chair. Only cheap nasty coffee sachets and a few tear open UHT milk caps.
