The staff was very inattentive. We stood for a while waiting to check in. We were told the venue didn't open until 10 a.m. At 7 a.m, we were woken by music. We went and found breakfast to find on return the hotel had a Father's Day buffet. It would have been nice to be told. We booked a table for dinner and couldn't find anyone to tell us where we were seated, and all tables were occupied, so we left and went to the RSL. I would not recommend the service to anyone.

There is a microwave in the room but the only bowls in the room. Plates would have made heating out food easier

Too expensive for the room quality ,size.
Pros:

Location was good .Rooms were very overdue for an update. Hotel meals were good.

Room very outdated. Mould in shower. Carpet not good.
