Hotel staff particular checkin lady was very good, she was warm, engaging, talked us through process, even took us through to accomodation, dining process to book a table an some info about place close by - it was a great location,- the dining area an bar was exceptional beatufully presented - modern , - the food was spectacular- beautiful an fresh - the daily fish special - barramundi with prawn emulsion - highly recommended.- the house keeping staff friendly an accomodating, room nicely presented, very clean and tidy - even had like extra bowl an spoon if we has our own cereal- bonus, not sure if heater was working
Room1 we could hear every person that walked up the stair, opening closing of the door, an Saturday night the music was overwhelming in the private function room, ( perhaps not the best location of a function room) we should've opened our door for extra space for the party guest downstairs to come up for extra seating, however it did end at midnight, the firmness of the mattress was extremely well used., the pillows were like bricks - most hotel , motel which i frequently visit on monthly basis for work usually have shampoo & conditioner mounted on the wall, accomodation was underwelming can see where the money is spend on this hotel - room need budget modern update- paint decor an modern up dates to help sound proof the walls - the basic are there this would top this hotel off.
The girl at reception went out of her way to help us , she even got security to help us with our bags to the room, it was club so we went down stairs and had a lovely meal .
Clean tidy room good location to Airport
Unfortunately we had to leave a 3.00am and head home in the Darkness due to a terrible Airconditioner/Compressor/ Exhaust Fan in another room or corridor or outside Noise which awoke us both and couldn’t get back to sleep
So we dropped our key and Headed Home at 3am.
So it was not a great experience on this occasion.

Close to Henley
That the stairs to get to the rooms could only be accessed from one side of the building, right near where all the smokers went. The fact its stair entry was hard to find, not obvious, so when my daughter with a disability dropped me off she couldn’t help me take things up the stairs. Fan in room didn’t work properly and the light over sink was dismal. Whole room felt like a “rent by the hour” type room. Gross
Friendly greeting on arrival, great location regarding in house dining and easy walk to foodstore and takeaway options. Nice and close to airport. Great option for our 2 days. Will definately be back, have booked already for August!
Great location near the airport before our early flight. We could drop our bags off early before check in which was very convenient and the bar and restaurant was a great feed and vibe.

No elevator. Difficulty navigating around to get to front desk and room.
Bed is comfy and place isn’t far from airport and harbor town
Shower lighting is very poor and having to carry suitcases up stairs might be difficult for some people
