Really good
Pros:

Easy access to shops and cafes and highway . Clean and comfy beds

Cons:

I could smell a bit of cigarette smoke prob from the gaming room

Pros:

Comfy bed, Good location, Friendly staff & avail at very last minute, checking in was swift, no drama ! Food at Bistro downstairs was amazing! would recommend chicken shnitty as well as the lamb shank 10/10! everything was very nice ! plenty of parking available too.

Pros:

We had a 60th party at the hotel so it was handy to have accommodation there

Cons:

The room really needing updating. The pub and bistro etc are modern and nice but it felt like they are putting no investment into the accommodation

I felt disappointed in the room price compared with motel in the area.

Very dissatisfied with my stay.
Cons:

I didn’t like that the smell of the toilet filled up my room. I opened the door to that foul smell and was automatically put off. Even before checking in, I called multiple times through out the week and they kept hanging up on me ! Staff obviously don’t communicate aswell.

Got a new place to stay
Pros:

I loves the security no fuss and it was really comfy.

Cons:

I tried to call to confirm my accommodation and got disconnected 2 times then called multiple times and the phone just rang. I had to make the drive to the Crossroads to make contact.
Lovely young staff member said they were short staffed and there was anplanned fuction on.
