Pros:

The room was quite clean, and the staff were very helpful. They even allowed me to check in way before the actual check-in time. The location is very nice (walking distance to UNSW, Coogee beach, Randwick L2 line).

Cons:

The rooms were too small for the price charged.

I enjoyed my stay at Royal Randwick, the room was always cleaned. The hotel has some lovely period features. My room was
Pros:

It is close to the beach, the light rail, the period features.

Cons:

There was no lift. So carrying heavy suitcases can be an issue. The hotel rooms had overhead door closures on, so when guests were entering and leaving their rooms the door would slam close in the early hours on the night, which is quite loud, which can disturb other hotel guests.

It was a good stay, however if you have accessibility issues then you are out of luck.
Pros:

The room and the hallways were clean and quiet. The location is pretty close to the UNSW campus with a Coles nearby. It's only 10-20 minutes walk away from most part of the campus.

Cons:

The size of the room felt a bit small given the per night rate. The rooms are on the first floor which can be accessed only by two flights of stairs.

Perfect location close to Prince of Wales Hospital.Very quiet accommodation Bonus with the Bistro downstairs
Pros:

So Quiet despite location. Stunning old building. Renovated beautifully. Loved the beer garden and bistro. So close to the major hospitals.

Cons:

Room and bathroom were small. Very clean. Room was a bit tired but the convenience of the location outweighed the space.

The experience was fine. But not fully satisfied.
Pros:

The location was good. And the cleanliness of the room.

Cons:

The window was not sound proof. It was so hard to sleep peacefully with all the noise coming outside from vehicles, even at night. Also, in daytime, the sunlight directly comes to the beds, and there was no way to fully cover that because the windows didn't have curtains or proper blinds.
The provided toileteries were not good and not enough for two people.
