Comfortable accessible unit
Pros:

Stayed in unit 25 an accessible unit. Very roomy with wheelchair access and an accessible bathroom. Very warm. Only issue for me being a wheelchair user was the bed was very low but I would still recommend this unit.

Mediterranean ambience in South Island, New Zealand
Pros:

This is a cute little self-catering apartment in a cute unspoiled village on the eastern coast of New Zealand. After an interesting drive through and around the mountains, one arrives in Akaroa. The hotel is easy to find. It has free parking. Check-in is at the little ice-cream cafe place. The key is a code to a master lock arrangement. The rooms were comfortable with spacious, clean bathroom and good hot water. The owner very kindly upgraded us so my daughter-in-law could join me. Very much appreciated. The hotel is on the waterfront and has a little outside area where we could relax and enjoy sundowners. Very relaxed, European-French feel with pleasant walking along the front. The blue pearl shop is also there. We only had one night there, two nights is probably better if time-tables permit. Thank you.
