The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking. There was a kettle and toaster.
I was woken up at 1 am by drunken people yelling outside.
I couldnt connect to wifi so could not use my phone or the tv wi fi. Very inconvenient. I asked staff for help but they had no idea.
I brought my own food / milk but be nice to have some little squares of butter / jam in the fridge for my toast.
The taps in the shower dripped.
There was an extra blanket but I really needed two.
The vertical blinds didn't really do the job as far as privacy goes. Be great to have some actual curtains. They don't have to be fancy. Plenty at the op shop 🩷
The room is functional. Aircon is slow but eventually gets going (just have to keep the faith). Bed felt slightly wonky/ lopsided - cold near the window too. Overall, comfortable and pretty good value.
Nothing is overtly bad. Oh I suppose the Venetian blinds are are bit easy to mess up...a few gaps. Oh well.

WiFi was very patchy, no heating in bathroom.

Planned renovation works took place while I was there with demolition work occurring directly below my room, so was noisy and the whole room and floor was shaking.
There was a mentally unwell man in the room next door to me who shouted all night long and banged on doors in the corridor - I did not sleep or feel safe about having him stay in the room right next door to me.
The fridge froze everything and then totally defrosted itself.

Great location with CBD within easy walking distance. Our room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Reverse cycle aircon. Good sized bathroom. Quiet allowing for restful sleep. Great place to stay.

The rooms were recently renovated and modern. Includes a microwave and toaster in addition to the kettle. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet.
They don’t have a kitchen it that doesn’t matter as there are places to eat nearby.

No breakfast included but has meal making preparation facilities in room. Nice bright room with clean linen and towels
No dining facilities downstairs, need to drive to 2 kms westwards to the Hotel's sister hotel for meals (which are nice by the way, but pricey). Bar staff seemed too busy serving drinking customers to attend to arriving room guest.
The cleanliness and style of the room. Easily accessible from Burnie. A quiet neighbourhood with all you could need within walking distance.
I can never connect to the wifi but that could be a me problem.
