Pleasant stay with pleasant view.
Pros:

Room was large, clean and comfortable, with a view of the lake. Convenient to have the pub directly downstairs, and our meal there was enjoyable. We were worried it might be noisy, but on our Sunday night stay it was fine. FYI - rooms are located upstairs with no lift, so could be an issue for mobility-impaired.

Cons:

Carpark is not big, and parking is on first-come basis. There is no reception, you have to check in with staff at the bar.

Perfection!
Pros:

We have stayed here a couple of times and loved it! So close and convenient to the soccer field which is why we come. Great food and drinks downstairs. Staff are all super friendly.

Cons:

Nothing. We love it at Pippis!

Excellent choice if you are looking for a budget stay!
Pros:

The room was very spacious, clean, and most importantly, faced the lake—we absolutely loved that part! Location-wise, it's excellent as it is right opposite the water, and the surrounding suburb is nice, quiet, and clean. The venue even has an ATM on-site, which I found very useful. The staff at both the bar and the restaurant reception were lovely and helpful. The location is also fantastic for families, being so close to the Speers Point playground, which my son enjoyed very much. Altogether, it offered great value for money.

Cons:

As I mentioned, it is in a quiet suburb, so there aren't many other cafes, restaurants, or convenience stores within walking distance. You will need to take a taxi or drive a short distance to reach them. There is just one small cafe nearby, but it only opens in the morning.

Great convenient spot to stay while visiting family nearby.
Pros:

Comfortable room overlooking the lake. Good food and great staff. Very affordable prices.

Great location, lovely and clean and value for money
Pros:

Great location for walking, just across from the lake. The room was really clean, and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

It is a bit noisy, but it quiets down around 10 pm. If you like to sleep in I would recommend packing earplugs because the glass in the windows is thin and the traffic noise starts around 6 am.
