Nothing, except couldn't stay longer
Quant.Within keeping of the age of the building.
Lack of servicing of unit. We stayed twice and not once was the unit serviced.
It was close to the town
There was no light at the front it made it hard to unlock the door in the dark We had to use our phone torch
Loved the quaintness of the property.
Shower could have been better. Door was tight to get into shower and the shower head fitting was not good if you were on the shorter side.
The accomodation was so beautiful and cozy. It was really affordable and the location was great!
no breakfast
shower head would not tighten
Great location and exactly what we needed for our stay. The staff were fantastic — very responsive to any questions we had and nothing was ever too much trouble. The free parking was an added bonus and really topped off the experience for us.
Loved it!! Second time I've stayed here!! Love the history!! Nearly 200 years old!! Place had everything you could need and is so cute as well. The heated blankets were a really nice added touch! ☺️
Nothing was amazing!
Very realistic as the soldiers would have lived and felt . The steps were so quaint historical loved the place.
More lighting and power points.
The cottage was very cosy and had everything I needed for a short stay.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable!
I was sent clear instructions on how to access the property and was delighted with the heritage building and its quirks. Just a short walk to the town centre for good meals and a spot of shopping.
Lovely to see something so old and stay in it
Areas alittle cramped but with everything we needed
Historical quaint cottage
The steps up to the loft were very steep and would benefit from a hand rail
Location and value for money. Very clean and a very interesting place to sta
Oh I booked two rooms because I needed separate rooms .but the downstairs accommodation had two rooms. So im not sure where the confusion came from
Historic small Garden Cottage, part of the Sorell Barraks complex. There was basic, though sufficient equipment for microwave meals. Comfortable bed, clean, Close to Sorell shops.
The Garden Cottage (small building with blossom tree in photos) is NOT the Barracks. Very compact, just enough room to move around the bed with our bags on the floor. But the price is much lower than for the Barracks
