Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Machine that printed cards to unlock doors was broken, so had to chase down staff to let us into our room with a master key everytime we left our room. The little milks in the fridge are very hard to open. Noise from downstairs pub at night right below our window.

We stay here often and return so we like it! Just wish as regulars we didn’t get caught out with fluctuating rates. Ove

Location is good for my needs. Like parking onsite. Nice clean big rooms. Love the daily chocolate treats but don’t get them everyday.

Cons:

When staying for extended stay the room rate fluctuates - booked for April
27 and as the footy is on rooms are exorbitantly priced.
Some days don’t get chocolate treats we look forward to!
Would love it if windows could open for fresh air.
Bigger cups for tea and coffee would be good. Something to hold onto getting into and out of bath - with shower over bath it’s tricky.

We have stayed before and it was great but due to the disturbance at 3am it was disappointing this time.

Great location at a great price.
Pros:

The hotel has been fully renovated and is lovely and modern, close to the city with great parking. The bistro serves great meals. It was very quiet, the room spacious and beds comfortable.

Excellent. Thoroughly recommend.
Pros:

Easy to book into. Onsite parking. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, roomy with high ceilings. Having access to the Restaurant and bar downstairs was a plus. The food was good and it is well set out with different seating areas to choose from.

Cons:

The bed was comfortable but the mattress could be upgraded.
