If you are staying midweek and location is important then this is a good option.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff were helpful. Location was near to facilities.

Cons:

The noise from the function rooms was easily heard in the room until late at night. The staff at the desk said “Not my problem “ when asked about where I could park my car as the car park was full. As an interstate visitor this was less than helpful as I didn’t know the area.

Spacious bathroom, facilities available at the hotel

Cons:

A $200 bond that takes 5-6 days to return to your account. Perhaps sharing the client behaviour at previous Booking.com stays would see this draconian practice ceased. It is one of the only industries where you can be thanked for the booking in the same sentence as we need a bond that is more than the booking value because we don't trust you with the asset. Perhaps hotels could process a transaction that can be credited (or the balance after room costs are reconciled) immediately they are satisfied the room is in good order.

read the fine print befor ebooking
Pros:

The room was really nice but could not make the TV work properly. All the news I managed to get was a Queensland channel!

Cons:

There was no breakfast facility at the hotel. I had to pay a S200 bond and was told it would be refunded within 5 days!! Not that good. I was able to access my room at noon after having asked for an early entrance. The lunch I had in the restaurant was not that good. Disappointing!

Dirty stinky towels , dirty toilet that stunk like urine , a hair and spider web hanging from the roof , every surface was covered in dust , the air con filter said it needed to be cleaned ,

Overall satisfactory, next time I will make sure we get a deluxe room with the bathtub.
Pros:

we really like this hotel and location, we have stayed here many times, the beds are really comfortable and pillows excellent.

Cons:

I didn't realise we had been allocated a more standard room than previously; I was looking forward to a bathtub and did not have one. The room has disabled access and so we lost the bathroom vanity area. I had to pop my makeup bag etc on the floor of the bathroom. I also have an aversion to shower curtains!! fortunately the tiler did a great job and the fall of the floor was just right and we did not wet the entire bathroom!!
