I started staying here 10 years or so ago and the rooms have not been updated in that time.
Pros:

The night manager was a nice friendly bloke. The bed and pillows were comfy.

Cons:

The rooms need a revamp. The shower curtain.

The property looked like a backpackers hostel. The rooms were very small looked like they hadn’t been cleaned very well. Didn’t bother staying there. It had a bad vibe. Payed to stay at a up market motel. This was not what it looked like on booking.com.
