This was quite literally the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I have nothing positive to stay. I would have left if I had not just gotten of a 29 hour flight trip and was so exhausted I could barely stand up.
The room was dirty, there was no hot water! The window would not stay shut and there was no screen so I was worried about bugs, spiders and anyone could have broken in.
Location. Bed was reasonably comfortable.
No hot water, when I asked the man working about hot water he sort of laughed and said oh that usually only just affects the end rooms. So Ibis already knows they have an issue. Getting on an international flight without a hot shower was gross.
The place needs a deep clean. It’s grotty.
No lift.
Huge rats playing outside.

Old, run down, one of the beds wasn’t made (sheets left for us to complete same),

The lovely lady on the intercom late at night, when I got in.
Whispers in the washbasin, fridge dirty, not very good vacuuming.
Air-conditioning took a long time to warm up the room even at 28.
Health issue with the jam, vegemite, peanut paste and nutella. You should have individual ones so no cross contamination.
Toaster was dirty and the bins were filthy and so full no one could get anything in them - in the food area.

Their close to the airport and DFO. Don’t book closer to travel date, price can go up significantly
No elevator
Not being able to have a hot shower. We complained about the water being cold and we were told to let it run, however we ended up having a cold shower, being 86 years old it was definitely not appreciated. At the end of a day travelling all you want is a shower and bed. No hot water in the morning as well. We will never stay at this hotel again.
