I liked the proximity of the accommodation to where we needed to be and the reception staff were lovely.
I’m disappointed by the cleanliness, seeing as though all of the existing reviews on the website states otherwise. The cabinetry had a substance that had dripped down and dried, the sliding door tracks were filthy, the fabric headboard had handprints/marks all over it, there were cables from the ceiling and we had dead flies to top it off! I believe the property needs a huge upgrade and thorough clean. Also there was no privacy lock on the bathroom door.
Our room was spacious and on ground floor and lovely view on the golf course.
Group of people that was at the venue was inconsiderate and noisy.

We were sorry not to see the fireplaces in the bar area not lit. Was a little chilly & would have made it cosy if they were alight.

The bed was so comfortable. Great view from the room. Large room. Great shower. Dinner was delicious. Our waiter at dinner was fabulous and even said hello to us the next day when we were at the bar. He had the best moustache!!
It is a shame that there was not a good coffee machine in the rooms. The instant coffee we made was not good!

Room was very comfortable, huge and with a lovely view of the golf course. Beds were very comfy. Location was really easy for access to Bowral. Great location for a group of friends that wanted to stay in one place but different rooms.
The hotel breakfast was nothing special and the barista-made coffee was another $5+ per coffee on top of breakfast already paid for - seems like that could be an easy (and appropriate) inclusion.
Restaurant was thinly staffed especially in the afternoon and nights. Food was good but the experience was average. Breakfast was good but had to wait for tables and the cleaning was slow with one staff member clearly not interested.
