Great location but wouldn’t go back

Cons:

So old and worn out it shouldn’t be on booking.com windows don’t open, can’t open or close the blinds and 1 blind literally fell down and the only solution was to sticky tape a dooms cover to the window. No hooks for bath towels or ventilation in the bathroom. Pillows and quilts were very average

Very pleasant stay in a good location.
Pros:

Good value for 4 people.
Pros:

Quiet and private, easy walk to centre (about 15 mins), great Bowling Club nearby for meals.
Great having washer and dryer

The area was quiet.

Cons:

The place including crockery was dirty. Felt like the sheets were changed and nothing else was done. The unit itself is in dire need of renovations and maintenance. The front screen door didn't slide well and made so much noise I'm sure the other tenants weren't impressed, and the glass slider was so stiff we thought it was locked. The shower rose kept falling. Holes in doors and walls needing repair and paint. Carpet badly stained and worn. Lounge uncomfortable and grotty. Fans covered in dust. Went to use the broom leaning between the wall and fridge only to find it sitting on a pile of crumbs, dust etc......an indication of the lack of cleaning or any attention to detail. Certainly didn't give you a great feeling considering the hype of the gold coast. Very disappointing.

There were problems but we would probably go back, the location is excellent for lawn bowlers.
Pros:

The shower was superb. Washing machine and dryer were very good. Living space large and bright. The lady on Reception tried to be helpful.

Cons:

The dishwasher was out of order the whole time we were there. The TV reception was appalling, we could not watch normal programs because of the pixellating, a smart tv is necessary these days. The carpark space was too small for a large medium size car.

Pros:

The location was great. Very close to a general store and beautiful coffee shop. Very close to beach.
And being on the ground floor was excellent.
No climbing of the stairs, great for older people..like us!

Wonderful stay. Perfect for small family or a group of 4-5. Friendly host.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach. Mintues drive to shops. Quiet enviroment. Easy check in and check out.

Memorable but not for good reasons!!
Cons:

The rooms were dusty and dirty. The airconditioner in one of the rooms was hanging out of the window and not even functioning. Apartment was old and unkept. Beds were uncomfortable. You had to pay for extra toilet paper, soap, beach towels, everything. The games room was old, smelt musky of mould. There were bugs and cockroaches. Would not recommend at all!!

Pros:

Was perfect for what we needed and that was space. The beds were really comfortable. It was about a 5 minute walk to Tram.

Cons:

The wifi didn't work. The cups were not cleaned. We didn't find the instructions for the place until about day 3.
