The location is simply the best - just a short stroll to the beach.
My Ocean View Studio had an amazing view with a balcony to soak it all up with great coffee & treats from the cafe next door.
The bed and pillows were comfy.
It was a home away from home with all the necessities such as a kitchenette, washing machine, dryer & iron.
Great Chinese Restaurant downstairs with really friendly staff.

The only thing I disliked was the shower - no door which meant the water ended up outside the shower on the floor & the rain shower head was directed to the wall - I'm glad I didn't need to wash my hair while I was there. They do provide plenty of towels though - useful for soaking up water from the floor.
Room 122 overlooking the beach from large balcony. Upon checkin staff were smiling, courteous and welcoming. Room facilities were excellent, more than expected tea, coffee etc, everything we needed for cooking during our three night stay. Secure parking in a safe environment. Lift to all floors, housekeeping upon request. Very clean, large room, comfortable king bed, free wifi. We were pleasantly surprised how good everything was which made our holiday even better.

The view of the ocean from my balcony was amazing! I also loved that it was dog-friendly. A big bonus.

Dogs barking in hotel, dog hair on couch and scratch marks on door obviously caused by a dog being left in the room. If we return we will request a human only floor if they have one.

Our heater didn’t work. No shower door or screen.

The only thing is that the shower door needs a glass screen as it’s hard to shower as the water pours onto the floor making it slippery.
A coffee machine and coffee pods in the room would be great to see as well as the abode in Tuggeranong had that.
