Ok . Clean
Position with acces by ferry which wasn’t highlighted . Wifi did not work . Which also wasn’t advertised . Travelling for work so a big issue .
Close to the beach everything was nice clean neat warm
There was nothing I didn’t like
No hot water
The pool and grounds are lovely. Very much set in a native environment. It's a pet friendly park, however you may not take your domestic dog or cat outside the park grounds. They can't go for a walk to the river or the beach. Also, there's no access to the river.
We paid for a Superior cabin, but it turned out to be the most basic of cabins. The floors we're dirty, also the range hood very dirty. The insect screen and front sliding doors both left a gap at the top allowing spiders and flies in. Dreadful old shower. Altogether very aged cabin. There were other new ones available and the park was practically empty, so we were disappointed they chose to put us in one of the worst base cabins. Nothing superior except for the towels and linens which were lovely. The Ferry was closed so we had to drive 35 minutes each way to get to Ballina.
Everything - Facilities amazing, with beach to one side and the pool and water slides to the other.
The ferry was down but considering the drive is still not that far to all shops
The peacefulness.
The beach.

Was clean , quiet
The property says it’s 2.6km from centre of Ballina. This is false , firstly the only way to the centre of Ballina without driving is via a ferry and this trip when the ferry is working is roughly 25-30 minutes. The road to get to the ferry is 4km long to begin with. As the ferry wasn’t working when I stayed it took 35 minutes to drive to town each way. Totally unexpected and unacceptable.
Location; dog friendly; children’s playground
The 3 bunks configuration in the cabin is not workable for an adult
The glamping tent was pretty cool.. actually really loved the set up
The only downside to the tents is the sound proofing..
listening to old man next door vomit his guts up for about a hr at 11pm wasn’t a vibe..
I don’t understand why you would put all the tents right next to each other like that. Definitely wouldn’t get another tent again due to the how close they are next to each other.
The set up is very awesome and I loved it.. just a little thought into the building of them should have been they probably are too close together.
