Lovely apartment in the middle of everything. Easy to book and check in was easy. They are very friendly.
Pros:

Spacious lounge and dining area. Beautiful view of the beach.

Cons:

They only provide a starter pack of essentials like toilet paper, milk coffee and sugar,
Only 2 bath towels per a room and if you need extra you are required to pay for them. No beach towels supplied which would have been nice to have.

Pros:

The room was very clean, spacious and had everything our family needed. Easy, short walk to the beach, park, food and coffee. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and spa.

Lovely huge apartment with great views in a great location.
Cons:

A little dusty and dirty and there was mould etc on the blinds in the main bedroom. One roll of toilet paper was not enough for a 3 night stay….but seriously small things in the grand scheme of things. I’m just being honest

Toaster had a broken button so we could only use one side

Pillows under covers were brown and stained

Cleanliness was reported to staff along with mould and items that needed fixing.

Photos on booking.com did not match the layout and design on the room we stayed in.

Really enjoyed our stay. A few small negatives more than out-weighed by the location & good price.
Pros:

The apartment was clean, spacious, in a great location and was a really great price. There was plenty of parking on the streets outside which was great. The balcony and ocean view was wonderful, especially with the sun on it in the afternoon. The master bed was comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably stocked. The sofas were comfortable and the smart TV & wifi worked well. Booking process was easy and communication on how to check-in and out was good. I asked for an early check-in, which was given and we could check-in from 11am, I also asked for a later check out and reception tried to accommodate where possible.

Cons:

There was no heating (also no AC) and it was cold overnight. In particular, the window in the ensuite bath could not be closed and it resulted in a very cold gale of wind blowing into the master bed all night. I slept with a beanie on and all the blankets I could find. Supplies for the kitchen were stingy and limited with only enough dishwasher powder for two small washes. Enough supply for a weekend would not cost much. The toilet paper and bin bags were the thinnest I have ever seen and tore as soon as you used them. It really doesn't cost much to buy a reasonable brand toilet roll.
The bathrooms are very dated with both cisterns on the toilets looking worn and almost broken. The shower in the main bath did not work well.

ok, could have been better if the accomodation was good

Cons:

the access to the car park: the garage door should have been automatic, or press of a button- everytime, someone/passenger had to get out of the car, open the side door, and open the garage. it would be so inconvinient if teh driver has to do it, and if there are no passeengers in the car
the master bedroon ensuite window, is stuck, couldnt close it
the window in the hall, next to the tv, it was almost falling off, looked like it had temporaray fix
the hot water ran out quickly, we were getting ready for the wedding, after one person had shower, two people ahd to do cold water shower and teh other two we ahd to wait half hour before we jumped into the shower
one bedroom didnt had towels, i had to wait until sunday morning for the recp to open, to get towels
the curtains are dirty
should have provided a basic things like, salt, pepper, paeper towel /serviettes etc

Pros:

Lovely view just what we wanted. Pool, hot tub and sauna where great.

Cons:

No air conditioning so would be hot in summer. One of the ceiling fans didn’t work but they did have stand fan. Just needed a bit of TLC

great relaxing unit with awesome views. Lucky enough to have friends on cruise ship going past.
Pros:

The views were amazing from all windows of the apartment. Short walk down to multiple beaches. Kings beach had flags early in the morning for swimming. Coffee places close by.
