Pros:

The staff were wonderful. Extremely helpful and even carried my heavy luggage upstairs for me. It's in a great location making it easy to walk to various places of interest with ease.

Cons:

The walls are a little thin but can't be helped and often the situation in more expensive hotels as well.

Pros:

The location is ideal, offering close proximity to the city center. The on-site bar provides excellent food and specialty items, eliminating the need to seek dining options elsewhere. Despite its location above the bar, the environment remains remarkably quiet, with a peaceful atmosphere settling in by 8-9 PM.

Good meal but would not stay there again.

Lovely dining area, meal was great. We were there on a Monday night so it was Pint & Parmi night.

Cons:

Had originally booked the queen with ensuite but when we arrived we were downgraded (due to a leak in the bathroom) to a queen with a private shower but the bathroom was down the hall. We were given half of our money back for the inconvenience. But still, if I had of known what our room was going to be like, I would have got the full refund and gone elsewhere. The room had a funky smell to it. The bed was so soft it was uncomfortable and sunk in the middle. There was adjoining door between rooms and you could hear people so clearly on the phones that we felt we had to whisper in our own room. The door and the floor creaked loudly so you could hear whenever you had to go out to the bathroom and when anyone else went to their bathrooms. Wouldn’t stay again.
