Nothing
We didn’t stay after looking at the unit, as it wasn’t a unit but a tin shed. We left immediately. We felt deceived by the listing. The park was old and run down. The “shed” was surrounded by old messy permanent caravans many miles out of the town.
Laundry was easily accessible. Different payment on machines complicated.
The accommodation was outside the park boom gates. Difficult for family with small kids as the 5km sign are at the boom gates and not displayed at road entry. Vehicles arrive at boom gate at high speed that caused a big concern. Very limited cooking ware and no cooking facilities in room. Only an understocked camp kitchen inside the boom gates which also was a trough way to the pretty average playpark for kids, Lot's of dogs inside caravan park barking and growling at kids on bikes riding in park. Not a pleasant experience to pay a 1000 dollars for far below average accommodation at a holiday park for 5 days through booking .com
Nothing !
Unit 10 deluxe cabin Far far from deluxe nothing about it was deluxe
Mold on pillow found
Dog hair throughout
Dog waste in yard upon arrival
Dirty linen
We were meant to stay for 6 nights we left after one as it was not near a standard anyone could stay in
Run down
Beds so uncomfortable and squeaky whenever you moved
Cabin moved as you walked in certain areas
Requested refund and they just continued to argue now taking it further
Close to the airport
Extremely basic amenities. No dish cloth or t-towel provided. We had no reception in our cabin and certainly no wifi. Main rubbish bins were overflowing.
Awesome room, me and my birds had a wonderful stay. Room was very neat, comfy and spacious. Will absolutely stay again. Thankyou!!
Great place to stay
Clean, quiet, comfortable..great condition..
The area
...surrounded by slumlike close knit dwellings..but is was nice quiet , l must admit.
But scary
Close to where I had to be
Cabin was way up in back corner, dark, boxed in between full-time permanent residences. Un sealed roads, no rail on balcony or steps to get up to cabin.
Lumpy bed, aircon batteries flat, ants coming out of electricity point in bathroom, running down wall, then they went in behind sink.
Appreciated having a stove top as the camp kitchen didn't work for companions who only had a microwave.
Light in the main area could have been better. Some of the power points didn't work eg to charge devices; to power the TV. No Beside lamps in the bedrooms; the toilet was difficult to flush at times (the water saving was over-ridden by the the number of flushes needed. Communicating with staff was difficult as we had initially booked for 3 nights but then changed it to two. Booking.com continued to confirm as if we were still staying for three. Thankfully we were only charged for 2 nights.
Close to town, good shower pressure, neat and tidy inside
Easy self check in
Proximity from where we needed to go
Look so different from the pictures.
Kitchen was dirty didn’t feel to cook and eat.
C
Beds were clean
Cabin was clean and well appointed. I particularly liked the air fryer which was a good substitute for an oven.
Water pressure in the shower was very weak and the temperature options were hot and very hot.
