Very good.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and our stay was lovely.
location perfect to walk to shopping area and eating places.. I would certainly recommend staying there.

Cons:

If staying longer I would go for a bigger room. This size was fine for one night.

Parking - The access is very narrow and steep and dimly lit at night. Initially I parked on level one which had reasonable access. When I returned after 9pm I had to park on the next level. I had to have three attemps at trying to turn on the steep access winding narrow and still badly scraped the left side back of my vehicle against the wall when trying to turn. Consequently I will not be using this hotel for my futures visits.

Low price, great location, nice staff, but very disappointing room.

Aircon was set to auto “Turn Off” every 2-3 hrs, which took us 1.5 days to figure out through Google - no instructions in the room!!

“Black out” curtains did not fully cover windows and internal lights from electronic door, aircon digital control, TV, etc lit the room up like a Christmas display. Very irritating.

Most sparsely decorated room O stayed in since I visited rural cities in China!
