The character of the building is gorgeous and the staff very helpful.
I would like to see a lift installed as it’s quite a trek up the stairs with luggage.
Not a complaint re the hotel but so many shops were closed Tues and wed. - also the movie theatre. Very frustrating as I could see through the windows items I likely would have purchased and I definitely would have gone to a movie.
The check in staff were so friendly and welcoming. They showed us up to our room and shared some of the places around town to visit.
Lovely pub built in the 1880s, classically styled rooms and well appointed. Perfect location.
Everything! Gorgeous room, comfy beds, excellent shower.
