Heritage but comfortable
Pros:

Decor was lovely, spotlessly clean. Private but well located

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like. I guess it could be noisy if you had a busy night in the bar downstairs or on the square?

Pros:

Location is right on the square, the staff were amazing and the heritage feel was exactly what we were after!

Cons:

Unfortunately Martinborough has limited activities outside of shopping and wineries, so during the day while it was raining we did find ourselves stuck in the room. It’s a minor issue, but a larger TV would’ve been amazing - the wall it’s on is massive and bare

Pros:

Beautiful historical hotel. Large room. Lovely small town. Good pub/restaurant in the Building.

Cons:

The 2% surcharge on top of the booking.com price.
Price on their website cheaper than booking.com.
We were in a Heritage suite and it was very noisy at night with regular trucks idling underneath our windows for a long time around 2-2.30am, then 5am then 6am...
Shower was over the bath with a curtain that "sticks" to the body.
