Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A security deposit/refundable bond of NZD 250 is required upon arrival. This will be collected by credit card/debit card. It can also be paid in cash only if you intend to arrive and depart within the reception opening hours. You should be reimbursed in full within 7 days of check out subject to return of the key and inspection of the room.

We really enjoy this property, staff are friendly, great location
Good service, good location,
NO cooking facilities, the room was for a wheelchair user. No soap in dispenser.
Stayed approx 8 hours - I arrived late (after 1030 pm and was gone at 0600). Good service and directions to get to the drop box. Overall comfortable as there was no other accommodation in TGA during this time - it was a last minute need to be there.
Only means of heating was the Heat pump, and the windows were left open so the place in winter was stone cold. Turned on the heat pump, it worked well, however the Noise of the Exchange Unit outside was so loud (as it was next to the master bedroom bed) that I had to turn it off to sleep.
Not that it bothered me that much, but the "Free" WIFI - didn't work.
I paid the for the room on Booking.com in full - and then at the last minute the accommodation directly dropped me an email asking for a $200 deposit - and then they would provide the details on where to get the key and access the building etc.
(That I thought was odd - as I didn't read that in the fine print.) They were quick to refund the deposit 2-3 days after the stay.

Great value for money. Lovely reception staff. Would definitely recommend.
Staff was friendly, but there was a miscommunication to explain and help us understand the parking entrance, showing us the picture of the key/pole on the desk would have been helpful - not just pointing to the map. The apartment was in a great location, had a nice view, it was spacious, had all the needs met and the lounge was comfortable.
The shower had black mold around the top of the glass and came off easily on a cloth, so I don't think it has had a good clean in a while, the apartment smelled of bleach and unfortunately the bed was too firm for me to get a good night sleep. The whole building is very run down which is a shame. We have stayed there many years ago, but I don't think we will go back in future.

They advertise as twin tower, but when they allocate room, they allocate resort ground floor rooms. So for someone who has booked for view, it is worthless.

There were rude tenants within the premises. we could hear them throughout the night rowdy noisy.
