Overall, if the coackroaches were dealt with, we would stay here again.
Pros:

The 3 bedroom unit was spacious with more than enough room for our family of 5. The pool and spa were well heated making them usable in winter and we loved the sauna.

Cons:

The kitchen was infested with cockroaches. There was only 1 bowl to share and no baking trays for us to cook our pizzas on. The beds had only one thin blanket each and there were only two spares in the cupboard. We collected more from reception the next day.

Great trip for the family would recommend.
Pros:

Location was great, very spacious apartment.

Cons:

The only issue I feel was the hot water was lacking and maybe having a broom or vacuum in the apartment would have been good.

Mildew on the ceilings, damaged curtains, and evidently, our bath leaked through the ceiling of the unit below us!
The booking from bookings.com had not rolled over from your system to the company’s calendar, which apparently your 2 systems are set up for.
As such, I applaud the customer desk staff member, Sheila, for doing her utmost to rectify our dilemma of suddenly having no apartment under our name, and 6 people to accommodate. Sheila was pivotal in remedying the situation for us. I can not give her enough thanks.

Easy walk to shopping

Cons:

Cleanliness was an issue. Had mould on pillowcases. Floor was wet and muddy in a bedroom. I moved a bedside table and found piles of chocolate wrappers,dust and bottle tops. Turned fans on and dust flew all over room. Air conditioner we didn’t use as full of mould. No spare blanket had to use towels on first night as blanket.
