Pros:

Short distance to cbd shopping area. There's 7-11 and Hanaromart nearby as well as several restaurants.

Love the extra cardio exercise going around the hilly neighborhood.

Love the window - letting fresh air into the unit. Good wifi service.

Staff was lovely and very helpful.

I booked this one with the plan to catch ferry (within walking distance to terminal) - unfortunately weather was not good and we didn't end up going on ferry.

Booking taxi from this location was a breeze. Just press call button from reception desk. Taxi arrived very quickly too.

Cons:

Kitchen unit was awkward, no benchtop space for food prep or setting down appliances. It's a 2 in 1 sink/hob.

No ramp to get into the building, those needing ramp for access must be mindful that access will be difficult.

I enjoyed my extended stay at Ridge Apartments. Good value for money.
Pros:

The location was close by to my work in Spring Hill and not far to walk to the train. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a gym available to use as well. The staff at the hotel made extending my booking a breeze.

Definitely will return to the Ridge Apartment Hotel if I need to stay in Spring Hill.
Pros:

I enjoyed a 5 night stay and needed to extend my stay for two more nights. This hotel is reasonably priced but check that there are no events on in Brisbane to get the good rates. Overall, very good value.

Cons:

I didn't like that the room rates jumped because of an event in Brisbane. I would have extended my stay there if they had offered a better rate, considering that I was there for 9 nights in total.

Comfortable and no fuss stay, short walk to the Central station
Pros:

Good location, I enjoyed the city view from the big window. The gym was sufficient for our needs. Check in and check out were super easy, and they were prompt in responding to messages prior to the booking.

Cons:

No complaints as it was good value for money. Just one tiny thing - in our room, the wall sockets were too close to the ground for a MacBook charger to fit. Suggest bringing an extension cord or sth

Seriously dissatisfied and disappointed with my stay. I was in room 42. The room was dirty, only 1 light in the lounge room worked out of 3. There’s rust in the bathroom and shower. Shower needs bleach. The aircon was so noisey along with the fridge making a buzzing noise that we could barely sleep. We also were NOT informed of the protest this morning when we left we couldn’t get out because the roads were blocked. We were NOT told this. We had to find police to assist us getting out. I’m really annoyed with my stay.
