Disappointing
Pros:

It was directly onto Queen st on a Saturday night. No double glaring. I got no sleep from pedestrians being noisy. Sirens. Very disappointed as last time I had a wonderful room facing the park

Central city location. With on site parking, although as we discovered it is subject to availability. However it worked out for us.

Cons:

Sound proofing from other rooms allows noise to be transmitted quite clearly. Ie you could hear someone visit bathroom during the night.
