11am check out was good… some places 10am.
Not having sky was a shame as lots of good sport on when I stayed.
The lady who checked us in was amazing. So friendly and helped us with everything we wanted to know. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The bathroom was a decent size. It was in a perfect location for a quick walk to our conference at the Aotea Centre.
The main door to our room couldn't be hooked open, so bringing our bags in and out was a bit hard trying to hold the door open while going in and out.
Two bedroom unit easily fitted the five of us.
As there were 5 of us, there was not enough coffee or tea.
Great location, only a few minutes walk from the concert we attended in the Auckland Town Hall
Had some trouble finding the place, the street number given by the hotel in an email didn't match up with my car maps. Stopped and phoned reception and were given better directions but it would have been very helpful to know (from the initial directions emailed and from the reception person on the phone) that there is a median barrier on the road outside the property, so you can only turn into the place if travelling down Queen St, towards the harbour.
Location was perfect for us. Full kitchen and spacious.
We were on the left-hand side of the building, so it was a bit dark all the time.
Very nice and spacious family room, clean and well equipped, very convenient location - very central.
Sound proofing could be better. We were on the 13th floor and still could hear loud music from cars passing by.
Location is fantastic. Full kitchen and living area plus dining and study. Separate bedroom with a modern bathroom and full size laundry washer and dryer.
Only one elevator was operating for the 5 nights, as they were having work done. It was a bit inconvenient at times so we often used stairs.
Two bedroom apartment was very spacious, and ideal for a family of four.
Location was great, short walk into centre of city and restaurants.
