I tealy liked hotel itself how it looked inside,
Didn't liked small rooms thank God girl in reception named Ella helped me and my 2 kids to change rooms into bigger one we realy liked it.
Amazing staff - so helpful and friendly! It was a pleasure to arrive here.
Location
Beds were uncomfortable, noisy street. Bathroom was crammed even difficult to sit on the toilet.
Location
You had to give them the key every time you left. Our room was TINY
Great location, beautiful bar/lounge area, very friendly staff!
Air conditioning units outside our room were quite noisy!
Nice decoration good location
Rooms to small
The staff were very accommodating and the rooms were beautiful.
Due to the unseasonably warm temperatures, it would have been nice to have had air conditioning in the room.
This is a great location to visit Dublin. It's a charming old hotel. The area is close to Trinity College, the National Gallery of Ireland, Grafton Street, parks, many restaurants and shops. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and the bar is also very nice. The rooms are small but comfortable.
The rooms do not have air conditioning and when there's an unusual heat wave you have to rely on the fans. We used the fans but it wasn't until the last day we realized it wasn't blowing air forward. Very strange. I'm sure if we mentioned it earlier, they would have provided us with different fans but we didn't think it was broken until the last day.
Big rooms, very clean and tidy. Food was good and the dining room for buzzy for lunch and dinner. Staff very friendly and the location is excellent - just a couple of minutes walk to Dawson Street, Stephens Green and Grafton Street.

Dutiful stylish hotel only 8 min walk from grafton street ,with lovely bar and great food
Nothing
Lovely atmosphere, friendly welcome from door man and location
Bed was q little sore (if I must be picky)
The breakfast was excellent.
No complaints.
Beautiful common areas. Bed was comfortable.
Extremely noisy. I could hear people walking above me all through the night. I’m sure everyone heard me walk as well as all of my floorboards creaked.
There was no temperature control options in the room. It was too hot over night, but the street noise was also very loud- seagulls all night, people having conversations outside, loud cars driving down the street, so I couldn’t open the window to cool the room down as all of these noises which already kept me awake, would be amplified.
The bathroom was very narrow- inclusive of the shower.
There was no fridge. Still water was filled up each day, which I was appreciative of, but not the sparking water for some reason, and this was warm and flat anywhere.
There were no usb or charging points in the room.
The bar was very expensive and not great.
